My 11 year old dwarf lionhead bunny was not eating and was not able to move his limbs, I had taken him to his regular vet which did not clearly give me options just to continue on meds, I asked my mom to drive 1 hour to take him to a different vet. I looked at the reviews and called for an appointment. My mom called me to explain the options unfortunately my bunny was too old and weak and nothing else could be done. The Staff were very patient and explained details before my bunny was put down. Thank you for your time and love for animals I really appreciate your kindness and help. God Bless ✝️🐰♥️
While it took us just over an hour to get here to see the Aviary vet, Dr Dickson, it was worth the drive. We had questions about our bird Ms Evelyn, the Avian flu, and establish a new vet. From the moment we stepped into the front door we were warmly greeted. The interior is so clean it almost sparkled. Our appt was on time, Vet tech smiling, spoke to us rather than at us, answered all our questions, explained what the Dr would do, and presented us with a gift bag of food and lots of info and resources. Dr. Dickson was so gentle handling Ms Evelyn she didn't object much with a stranger, answered our questions, and offered lots of info about our pet we thought we knew and more. Did not rush us through at all. For the little time we spent in lobby there was a steady flow of pets in and out. Definitely feel our pet is well taken care of and reasonably priced.
Best Avian Doc in Central Florida. Love love love love this place! I’ve had birds all my life and have experienced sub-optimal avian vets throughout central Florida but Dr. Dickson is the most authentic and genuine exotic veterinarian I have come across. I have full trust in her expertise, knowledge, and ability to provide accurate care for my flock. She explains reasoning with full clarity and I have full confidence in her. In addition, every staff member in this facility is also equally as wonderful, caring, and kind.
I seldom leave reviews, but I absolutely had to for this place. Prices are reasonable, and the staff knows their stuff. They helped save the lives of my two baby rats, and I am forever grateful to them and their wonderful staff. Everyone was kind and caring, especially Dr. Dickson, my vet. Strongly recommend. They’ll do their best to help you out in any way they can, here.
