My 11 year old dwarf lionhead bunny was not eating and was not able to move his limbs, I had taken him to his regular vet which did not clearly give me options just to continue on meds, I asked my mom to drive 1 hour to take him to a different vet. I looked at the reviews and called for an appointment. My mom called me to explain the options unfortunately my bunny was too old and weak and nothing else could be done. The Staff were very patient and explained details before my bunny was put down. Thank you for your time and love for animals I really appreciate your kindness and help. God Bless

Yesterday unfortunately I had to put my dog to sleep which was so hard to do. I called My Pet Hospital and before he was brought in they guided me through the whole process, I spoke with Hannah (so kind and knowledgeable). Once he was ready and the time of my appointment I was let in through the side door and then entered a private room. The staff was so so very compassionate and professional. The doctor came in and explained everything to me and reassured me that I was making the right decision. During the procedure the staff along with myself were petting him until he passed away. I’m telling you this pet hospital is by far the best clinic or hospital I’ve ever been to. Thank you so much for taking care of Simba.
Best Avian Doc in Central Florida. Love love love love this place! I’ve had birds all my life and have experienced sub-optimal avian vets throughout central Florida but Dr. Dickson is the most authentic and genuine exotic veterinarian I have come across. I have full trust in her expertise, knowledge, and ability to provide accurate care for my flock. She explains reasoning with full clarity and I have full confidence in her. In addition, every staff member in this facility is also equally as wonderful, caring, and kind.
A vet that actually cares about your animals and isn’t trying to charge you a ton of money just because they can. This place is amazing. They will talk over your options, sometimes right over text. It’s just easy and a pleasure. Thank you guys for being so amazing.
Could never say enough about this office. Dr Donna and Dr Dickson are just fabulous vets and compassionate caring people. The office staff and techs are wonderful also. Always makes me feel welcome and appreciated no matter what
