Please read the lower star reviews! I’ve used this vet on and off for multiple years. Mostly because I’d already paid there ever growing exam prices and could already get the dogs prescriptions from them….. over the years, this place constantly charges more and more for things that don’t deliver any more benefit then before…. The vets don’t don’t do the best exams as my cats doctor was able to catch things during my dogs exam my pets wellness never even mentioned to me over years. My pets wellness told me my dog needed surgery. Sent me down a $700 rabbit hole to find out he doesn’t need surgery…. That wasn’t cool….. if I set an appointment and they need me to follow up. I had to pay for the follow up as if it was a new appointment. Not to friendly at the front nor does it seem like any one person eve has an answer. Seems just kinda random and put together as far as organization or anyone knowing what’s going on…. May I mention prices raise here constantly…. They arnt that nice and if you go back with two different techs you’ll get two different answers. I found one I finally liked and they refused to let me book with her again???? I’m leaving this vet after 4 years. They simple don’t remember or care about there clients. Im sure they care about the animals but half of me can’t deny that the way they do things are for money…. Other places that charge the same atleast have 10/10 customer service….. clean on the inside and in the back rooms… over the years they change there rules and also will not notify you when your dogs are at there yearly or 3 year marks… most vets will notify you to help…. This place is a cash grab. I’ve thought this on and off for years. Today it was proven to me and I will never bring my babies back to somewhere I’m so uncomfortable with so many areas about…. I’m so grateful for the extremely caring team at My Pet Wellness! My cat had a health scare and was able to be seen same day by Dr. Parker. Her amazing team Mandy and Melissa reassured me and assisted me every step of the way. At her follow up appointment today Dr. Marie, Shannon & Tracie got us in and out so quickly! Shannon kept me up to date and was so helpful! Definitely recommend this place to everyone!!
I have trouble getting around. Staff removed cat & carrier out of my car. Rose kitty was handled and treated with great care. If she could only talk. She tangled with something bigger and badder than her. Almost scalped her. Roughed her up. She is not her zoomy self but with care, hopefully I can nurse her back to good health.
I have had the privilege of working with Dr. Marie, Rebecca, Shannon, Tracie, Melissa, Mandy, Tawatha, Aishia, and Laura and they are all wonderful! They made sure to make my baby Remi feel like they were her best friends and always took such good care of her! She loved coming to My Pets Wellness to see all of them and to play in daycare. The daycare staff were awesome and loved every dog that they took care of! We will miss coming to My Pets Wellness and seeing everyone

I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Marie and Ms. Mandy at Daytona My pet wellness. They treated my dog, Max, with utmost care and professionalism. Dr. Marie thoroughly explained Max's treatment options, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed. The clinic staff are very kind, had a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Dr. Marie and her team to any pet owner seeking compassionate and knowledgeable care. I am very appreciate. And also if anyone is looking for reliable Dog Daycare , I highly recommend My pet wellness Daytona, Daycare as well. My dog, Max, he is very happy to go there.
