The office and examination rooms are spotless. The staff is friendly and efficient. They are always responsive and Dr Monterey is very caring and thorough. I have tried other veterinarians in the area but was not satisfied. I bring both of my cats and am confident on the care they receive at New Life
They took very good care of my very sick (and spicy!) kitty for continued monitoring after a visit to the ER. They also treated me and my family with so much kindness, empathy, and respect following the loss of my other kitty around the same time. New Life truly has the best in the business in Lakeland!
