The facility is a clean, friendly environment. The staff are caring and attentive. I feel I can count on the team for all of my pups needs. They are reasonably priced for their annual visits and routine vaccinations. I highly recommend for all fur babies.
They took very good care of my very sick (and spicy!) kitty for continued monitoring after a visit to the ER. They also treated me and my family with so much kindness, empathy, and respect following the loss of my other kitty around the same time. New Life truly has the best in the business in Lakeland! Georgia is doing amazing now and we get to spend many more years with her thanks to their dedication to compassion

The office and examination rooms are spotless. The staff is friendly and efficient. They are always responsive and Dr Monterey is very caring and thorough. I have tried other veterinarians in the area but was not satisfied. I bring both of my cats and am confident on the care they receive at New Life
