Love this small animal hospital…their rates are 1/3 of another fancier place that I will not mention….in the same area. I have two dogs and four cats. Today my six month old boy kitty got fixed and it wasn’t that expensive.

I just relocated here from Orlando and I have to say this is the first office that I came into that didn’t smell like a vet office. The staff is really nice very caring and they will listen to what you have to say if you Are looking for a vet office this is definitely a place to go. I am grateful. Thank you so much for taking care of my cat. I will not be going anywhere else.
This is my first time owning an American Bully, came here for my pup to get his ears cropped. Definitely would recommend! The doctor made sure all my expectations were met! I was very picky on the shape/size & a clean cut. The staff were amazing answering all my questions and concerns. Attached are pictures when i first pick him up, a week after, & after the stitches were removed. Thank you all for your help!
While the doctors at Northdale Animal Hospital in Tampa, FL, are undeniably skilled and kind, my overall experience has been deeply disappointing due to the staff's behavior. I have been bringing our dogs and puppies here for vaccinations for quite some time, but each visit seems to bring a new level of frustration caused by the front office team. The customer service is inconsistent, and we've noticed a clear disparity in how we're treated compared to others. Asking any question, particularly about billing, is often met with visible frustration and dismissive attitudes. During our most recent visit, we spent over $710 for our litter of puppies, only to encounter unnecessary delays and rudeness. Polly at the front desk was extremely rude, and the staff member conducting the fecal testing also had an unpleasant attitude. When we requested the shot records to be properly documented, the staff failed to include the weights and falsely claimed the puppies had worms. We knew this wasn’t true, as another vet had previously cleared them as healthy. In the end, we had to visit another veterinarian to obtain accurate health information and proper documentation for our puppies. It's incredibly disheartening that the doctors, who have earned our trust, lose loyal customers because of the unprofessional and unpleasant conduct of their staff. We had hoped for much better from this animal hospital.
