Mr. Eddie Mr. Eddie Mr. Eddie… man you have no idea what you did for me. When it came time to bury my 17-year-old Yorkie, Mya, I practiced so many scenarios in my head to make her transition as smooth as possible. But when the moment actually arrived, nothing made sense anymore—that’s exactly how I felt. I called Orlando Pet Crematory and spoke with Mr. Eddie. I was distressed, asking a million and one questions, and I must have called over five times at random hours. Yet, he answered every single call with patience and care. His calm demeanor, soothing tone, deep knowledge, and reassurance were everything I needed in that moment. Mr. Eddie and team, my family and I cannot thank you enough. This was a new and emotional experience for us, but one we will never forget because of the kindness and professionalism you showed us. From your attention to the smallest details, to the affordability, cleanliness, and genuine understanding, you have truly set the standard. Now my princess is back home where she deserves to rest forever. I wholeheartedly recommend Orlando Pet Crematory to anyone in need. Thank you again for everything.
Just Found Out that this was the crematorium where my dad was cremated. After asking where my dad was going to be cremated the cremation company that used this crematorium told me “Orlando Crematorium” nothing else, after googling and not finding anything a kept asking until they told me. So this place cremate Animals and Humans. I was chocked when I found out. I was told they have 2 separate buildings, one for pets and one for humans. They should be more clear about their services and change the name on Google search, because it’s very chocking to find out your loved one was cremated in a pet crematorium. A lot of doubts, worries runs through your head. How do we know we got our loved one ashes and not some animals ashes? How do we know our loved one was stored in a freezer with animals? Also found out you can do DNA testing to the big particles you find in the ashes. Please be more clear about services, because it makes us doubt. I hope my dad was treated with respect and dignity, as he was a great man who served this country with the Marine Corps. I hope he was treated with RESPECT!!!!!
I recently had to make the heartbreaking decision to put my dog down, and after calling numerous places, I was shocked by how expensive cremation services were. Thankfully, I found Orlando Pet Crematory, and I’m so glad I did. Janene was amazing—she took the time to sit with me, explain the entire process, and provide much-needed support during such a difficult time. Their prices were very reasonable, and I was able to pick up my dog’s ashes just two days after dropping her off. The service included a certificate, a beautiful urn with the ashes, a paw print, and even a lock of my dog’s hair. While it’s an incredibly sad situation to go through, I highly recommend Orlando Pet Crematory to anyone facing the same decision. Their care and compassion made all the difference.
Great experience for something so sad. We drove to drop off our cat at the building and the man that greeted us right away was very kind and explained everything very well. I went to pick up the ashes and he was there to greet me again. He showed me everything in my take-home bag. It seemed like he really cared. Would highly recommend.
Orlando Pet Crematory was very professional and caring when my beloved Vizsla mix Roberto died. They cared for him with dignity, I highly recommend them. Their prices are also very competitive, their response time is instant. I called them at 2am and Eddie was available to take down my information. A few hours later he picked up Roberto, very professionally and his ashes were returned to me the next day. Thank you 🙏
