Desperately trying to find a diagnostic ultrasound for my furry one, Charlotte went above and beyond to ensure my dog is receiving the care she needs in a timely matter. Long story short, the earliest I was able to find an appointment was December 21st- thanks to Charlotte I found an appointment for next Tuesday. Truly an amazing and caring representative for Osceola Animal Clinic!
Absolutely amazing experience for our first visit with two new kittens and one older cat. The staff were amazing and considerate, taking the time to answer all o our questions and concerns, and giving us a solid understanding on our animal's health and plan to keep it that way. After contacting each vet's office in order of shortest distance to our home and being told 'we are not accepting new patients' or 'we have our next open appointment three months from now' i am very glad we found Osceola Animal Clinic! Plus their rates were less than 1/2 of what we were quoted by others!! Thank you Osceola Animal Clinic we look forward to our next visit with happy and healthy pets.
The vet tech is always sweet and has a smile on her face unlike other places I have been to where they always look like they have an attitude. I have been taking my dogs here for quite a while and have no complaints. Thank you guys for taking care of my babies.
I had to get my baby girl put down a few years ago and the people here were so good and nice about it. They let me stay by her the entire time so that she went out feeling loved. And after everything happened the vet who euthanized her sent us a card in the mail sending her condolences. The people who work here will make you feel like family. Not just another person walking in the door.
What an awesome facility - both locations. My cat had to get euthanized because he was very ill and the entire staff was so attentive, caring, and sympathetic during this time. I found a litter of kittens in my backyard and they helped me with questions and care immediately. I am so grateful for this team of people! Highly recommended!
