What an excellent place with fantastic staff. They were kind, caring and very knowledgeable. The group of the reception desk and doctors are always doing their best and I very much appreciate them! I highly recommend this place if you have a pet emergency and your pet needs to see a doctor immediately.
Great experience from the moment we walked in we were greeted with love, great staff and can I just say how helpful they were financially at first I couldn't afford the medical bill and they worked with me. I extremely recommend this emergency place. Our visit was because my knuckle headed golden retriever got a fish hook stuck on his lip, he had to be sedated but everything was super smooth And simple. Will definitely recommending everyone I know that's in need and for future needs.
I felt my dog’s care was fine and the staff was nice and professional. However, the Zelle payment did not show up on their side and the manager (who I never saw in person) kept claiming I couldn’t leave even until it did even tho I had been waiting 30 min for it to go through and showed proof on my end that it had. I finally had to just leave but felt bad that the girls working were left in that situation. How unprofessional to hold a customer hostage indefinitely because of an issue on THEIR side with the payment when it’s a method they offer. This was after I had stopped at 2 other clinics because every single one has “emergency” at the top. Please don’t advertise a location to be for emergencies if it is not.
First time visiting this clinic and it surpassed my expectations!! The receptionist, Alexis, was very helpful especially for fitting time into a very busy schedule for my day-of appointment. The tech, Valentina, and Dr.Kim were the best and helped my Max get back to normal! They were also very understanding and patient with both me and my pet! Definitely coming back to this clinic, can’t recommend it enough!!
I have used this location in the past for my dog to be created. They were great & let me & mother stay as long as we wanted with her. The experience was overall great. I went on 10/02/24 cause my 16 y/o Yorkie passed at home from natural causes, so we wanted to have him cremated as well. The experience was awful. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with "is this an emergency, were about to close?" I said my dog passed at home & we'd like to have him cremated. We were rushed to the counter for payment. Wasn't asked any information about my dog, then brought a basket to choose an urn, which we had maybe 10 secs. before the employee came back & asked "which are you going for?" I was upset, but more so my mom, so i walked out at this point so I wouldn't add anymore stress on her. I called today to get an estimated time to pick up his ashes. The very nice lady, named Kate, couldn't find my dogs information. After 12 mins on hold, she came back on the line to go over some account information. We then concluded my dog, Spencer, was put under my previous dog, shelby's name. She then told us she would call to have the correct name updated & added on his urn & certificate. I didn't get the employees name upon our arrival cause she was rude start to finish & I was uninterested, but Kate, was very nice, patient, & professional. I had to give a 1 star rating to write this review, but I want to give none. We should have not been rushed period. The first employee needs an attitude adjustment & needs to learn how to greet grieving pet owners with more empathy, whether it's close to closing time or not! We will not go back to that location for any services in the future! We just hope & pray we get the correct ashes back for our fur baby! Again, this is a zero star rating!
