We have been going to Palencia pet clinic for the past 12 years and I would highly recommend them. This place is very clean ( I don’t know how they maintain it with all the while walls and furniture) and I have never had any issues getting an appointment time. Sadly part of having pets is to tell them goodbyes. I had to tell mine and the doctors/staffs were very supportive and helpful during the process. Thank you for taking care of my fur baby from the time she was a pup to the end of her life.
I had a wonderful experience, as usual, at PPC this past week. My Yorkie had been sick all weekend and I was stressed to the max. They got me right in right away and Dr. Logan and Jenna were right on top of the issue. I am so grateful for their care and expedience. My Chloe was all better by that afternoon! The front desk is excellent and very knowledgeable. Much thanks and appreciation to Palencia Pet Clinic!
Palencia Pet Clinic has been treating my Pets for over 3 years. The staff treats us professionally and friendly every time we go there. From check in to check out we were kept well informed. My 5 pound Morkie and 96 pound boxer love visiting there. We have had routine shots and surgery for neutering. Also labs were drawn and X-rays for other issues. All services were preformed in a professional calm manner. We were kept informed during the process with recommendations for further treatment but no high pressure. The Doctor called to review case and was very caring. I highly recommend Palencia Pet Clinic for all services. We have an appointment for grooming next. Love the location, ease of getting my pets seen in a timely manner
Palencia Pet Clinic always takes amazing care of me and my families pets. They are always so helpful and know our pets very well. They even cared for my hamster before he passed. Thank you for always taking such great care of our babies!!!
