I was a 1st time client with my dog!!! Very understanding with him. He has very bad anxiety meeting new people an being with other animals. Gave A LOT of helpful info to try an help my dog with his issues!! Will be back again with Sonar đ¶ thanks again ladies!!! Appreciate you guys!!!!
The BEST veterinary. Everyone is friendly and fair, even when very busy. The office is clean. The prices are reasonable. Based on my experience, even when it comes to difficult conversation, they do their best to set expectations as sympathetic as can be. During the recent hurricanes in 2024 they even helped you out with discounts during the difficult time. Thank you, you all are awesome.
I took my dog to park animal Hospital quite a few years ago. She was a little beagle and she was diagnosed with cancer at another vet.. I brought her into Dr. Smith for a second opinion and he said it was a cyst, showed me what it looks like and took fantastic care of her. He even gave me a discount to make up for the vet that I saw before, amazing! They took good care of Bailey and the bill got huge. They let me pay it off overtime without an issue but Bailey was older and she got sick again and finally passed away. I had a bill of about $1700. I paid 500 of it & I got a phone call From one of the vets wives. She was the only problem at this hospital. She was downright mean and dishonest. She told me I have never paid a penny in my life. I told her I paid off a very huge bill, and I was in the process of paying of the other. Debbie, who worked behind the counter, and Liz, who did the same once told me that they had a problem with their program they use. The bills didnât break down what you were paying for. For example, I would pay on Baileyâs medical bill and it would say that I bought food. They told me not to worry over and over. It also read that I was 90 days, 120 days past payments, which wasnât true and they told me not to worry, however, it came back and bit me when this woman said I never paid a bill. I asked Debbie to tell her about the broken system and Debbie would not say a word. I asked you to explain to her that I have paid bills and she wouldnât say a word. I would have shown receipts, but again, they show that I was constantly late and was paying for food that I never bought. About six months after Bailey passed, I got a new puppy. At one year-old, she had a seizure and I wanted to get her to a good vet. I wasnât happy with what I had. I called Park and the witch told me no way. Liz, that worked there said they would never turn away an animal, well they did and left her and in Danger for her life. I told them call when they can get me a proper bill that estimates everything that I owe, I will pay it. They really couldnât do it because I no longer owed. It was a nightmare. I hope that woman is no longer there, and they simply serve people and pets again without the trauma and abuse.
I would not even consider bringing my sweet Daisy to anyone else but Park Animal Hospital. We have been clients for several years. The staff is friendly and very welcoming and professional. Doctor Scarpino is the best.
The Park Animal Hospital is the best animal hospital I prefer to go to with my beloved pets. The staff is so highly trained and professional and the service is what you would want and more. They treat your pet like it was their own. Their professional staff takes care of your needs right away and they keep you up-to-date on everything you need to know about your beloved pet. I was also very impressed with the facilities cleanliness. They have ample enough parking in front and if you have an emergency, they can always accommodate you one way or another.
