This doctor did an amazing job at taking care of my dog and stitching her up after she was attacked by another dog two years ago HOWEVER my recent appointment was horrific! Stay away from this place!!! These people are a scam!! I brought my dog in because she has a really bad skin condition all of a sudden with a horrible rash and patches of fur missing. The doctor called me after the $62 exam (keep in mind you cannot go inside, they only take your dog in from the parking lot) and told me there is a lot going on with my dog and I need to take a $200 course to get educated or spend $350/hour for a phone conversation to talk about the next steps. I told her I didn't have time for a course and my dog is severely in distress and needs help asap and I proceeded to ask what can I do for her or if she has any recommendations or any medical treatment that she can do asap. She continued to tell me she can only offer the course in order to proceed further. I told her I didn't understand what service I was paying for if she can't tell me anything about the exam. This became an issue and I was bashed for going to a vet prior that gave her antibiotics that didn't work. The doctor and her vet tech were so unprofessional and rude to me! Finally she gave my boyfriend (who was in the parking lot)papers about the exam and he just paid and left this horrible place. Once I saw the paperwork it literally just had my answers from an online questionnaire I filled out prior to the appointment and a few written things about my dog. I called the vet with questions about what those things meant and I got nothing but attitude and no real answers! I took my dog to another vet the next day and found out my dog had a horrible ear infection that was never disclosed by this doctor!! I'm sure she will reply back with a attitude as I see she does with other Google reviews/complaints and I most definitely got snippy and rude right back to her! Avoid this headache of a place!! I'm all for holistic health but the way the doctor and this staff goes about things with pushing a $200 course seems like they are completely money hungry scammers! I actually declined the course as it was presented to me over the phone when I made the appointment and the tech said "that's fine, we can still do the exam" ...then once they had my dog locked in their building, they did the bait and switch and said it's a required course!! I certainly contacted the BBB!

I was eagerly recommended to Dr. Siegel by the veterinarian I took my dog to in Colorado (I moved back to Florida in 2021). I am so grateful for that recommendation. I have been taking my dog, Gemini, to see Dr. Siegel and her team since we moved down here, and Gemini continues to do well in her senior years. She was a "seizure dog" since the age of 1, but with Dr. Siegel's help, Gemini is off her seizure meds and has been seizure-free for over a year. Dr. Siegel does not push unnecessary treatments like other vets I've been to in the past have, which I greatly appreciate. I feed Gemini Dr. Siegel's food and she loves it. Not too long ago, Gemini made a new human friend who was servicing my condo and he asked how old she is. I replied that she is 12. He was shocked and said, "She looks GREAT for 12!" Gemini maintains good energy and a zest for life, and I know the food, supplements, frequencies, and other treatments from Dr. Siegel and her team are a big part of why. Dare I say Gemini seems to get better with age! I drive an hour to Dr. Siegel's office each way, which is 100% worth it. I highly recommend her to every pet parent who truly wants the absolute best for their fur baby.

BEWARE!!!!! Took my 3 year old Bull mastiff in to get looked at for an ear infection. When we dropped off they said will call you shortly for history. We heard nothing and decided to call at 2 pm. When we called they said the Dr. would call us soon. Dr. Calls my wife and I to discuss ear infection and the causes. She told us it was because what he was eating and drinking that was causing ear infection. He has had 2 his whole life. She then goes on to tell us if we get him well by using medication that it is putting a bandaid on it and will never solve the underlying root. She wanted us to take a 3 hour course and pay for some cultures from the ear. She then began to say that our dog will not live a long and healthy life because he eats Purina1lamb and rice (that is what another vet suggested). She then went on to tell me that English bulldogs should live to 20 years old and I had to draw the line and pick my dog up. I go up to the door, ( they don’t let people in and I can see why)and a young lady comes out and says your total is 145.00?? It was 110.00 when we talked in the phone and I never got a call or agreed to any extra charges or test on my dog. The girl basically laughed and said it’s only 25.00 more. I truly felt the doctor was fear mongering us to doing more test and speed money on a so called healthy living plan for the dog. So I asked the doctor if I pay this extra money and do these courses would she warranty my dog and doctor said she could not. At this point that’s when i told myself I got to get my dog out of there. I felt like doctor was putting up a fear and trying to sell us the cure. I would not take ANY loved animal there. So basically I paid 110.00 to get my pet in the door and 35.00 for cytology of the ear. And I left there being ridiculed and lied to with the same thing I started with. And again, she will reply with lies. If you notice out of all her negative reviews it’s Always the customers fault. She was on speaker phone when she was trying to sell her (healthy dog plan) and we weren’t buying it. So now we are considered bad pet owners. I will update my pups condition after I take him to a real Vet. 3 year old dog and she was trying to sell us that he will get cancer and will not live a healthy life. Stop with your scare tactics and money greed! *******Update Rocket was seen at a real vet. He had an ear infection do to seasonal allergies. They were actually able to weigh him, ( he weighs 145 pounds) and IS NOT over weight per vet. He is a Bull Mastiff. He has calisis on his elbows and back foot because he refuses to lay on soft surfaces and is common from bigger dogs to have. Stop lying to your customers for person gain!!!! I added pictures of our over weight dog.

First and foremost, I recommend Pasco veterinarian to everyone. My pup "Clayball" fell off the bed and was paralyzed in his hind end. I brought him in to Pasco Veterinary. Doc. assess the situation and came up with a plan. With in 2 weeks of Treatment he had improved remarkably thanks to Doc. & her team. They are very knowledgeable, kind, & understanding of how stressful the situation can be for you & your family. I was put at ease everyday knowing they were doing there best for my boy. I am very thankful that Pasco veterinarian was referred to me. So now I am referring them to all of you.💝

I've seen a few negative reviews on here regarding Marlene being pushy or trying to sell stuff. I've known her for nearly a quarter of a century, helping me with three of the dogs I've had during that time. If you don't understand her passion, you may think she's pushy, because it's hard to believe anyone really cares about anything these days besides making money. Yes, she WILL try to sell you appropriate products if she believes they will benefit your dog. And yes, many of the products are her products because she is a fanatic about creating the healthiest product available, and not selling mass produced stuff. I also remember, years ago, she drove a half hour to my home to bring me some of her own branded ointment for my pet that she gave me for free, enough for a few days which addressed the problem. She didn't make any money off that. She simply CARED about me and my dog. Honestly, I can't always afford everything she offers, and she will always first offer the very best because to her, animals are like children. Also, many of her treatments are non-western, holistic type things, and she will use these unless a western medicine is absolutely necessary in the treatment of your animal. She firmly believes that inflammation is the root cause of many ailments, and will often go that route, via recommending supplements, etc. that address that. If you are a person who laughs at that sort of thing, Marlene might not be the right vet for you. But she DOES utilize typical western treatments if she believes those treatments are the best way to get the job done, or if they are simply the only way. But if western medicine isn't going to work, her passionate nature means that IF she believes you may be hurting your dog by not being open to supplements and treatments that would address the root cause (as opposed to just sticking an ineffective western-medicine band-aid on the problem) she will be completely honest with you about that fact. Sometimes the truth hurts. My advice? Just bear with her as she goes through her recommendations, and don't take her disagreement of your rejection of her trying to offer you her BEST (often more expensive products/services) personally. It's just who she is. And if you just take a step back and a deep breathe, and continue working with her, she will find less expensive products and services that will do the job, perhaps in a less efficient way, but still better than the western medicine treatments other vets seem to always rely on. She has quite a list of different products and services she offers, and not all are hard on the wallet. Again, Marlene is SUPER passionate, but don't confuse that with pushy. Just have the confidence to go in there and be willing to disagree with her respectfully, or admit you can't afford the top-tier treatment, and you'll be surprised at some of the alternatives she offers. I'll take a vet like her any day over someone who just smiles and takes my money by offering cheaper western alternatives that don't address the root cause, and simply don't help your animal in the long run. Marlene is the real deal.
