I am beyond grateful to find this place!!! From the moment you enter, it feels very welcoming and the staff are very pleasant. Very accommodate price wise. And the Dr was very easy and sweet with my cats. I will definitely continue to visit them and recommend it 100%.
Dr. Phillips has been seeing my dog for 7+ years. She is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, and she’s so gentle and makes everything easy to understand for the pet parent. My dogs both love her and all of the staff members.
I can not say enough wonderful things about Dr Phillips and her entire team at paws and claws! They are all so kind, compassionate, caring, and dedicated to the animals they care for! Dr Phillips saved my cats life (Ella) by removing her ear that had developed an aggressive cancerous growth. She takes a vested interest in ALL of my animals health and is always giving 110% anytime we see her. Her team is also absolutely amazing. They know me and my animals by name (all 6 of them 😵💫), they do everything they can to help my fur-kids anytime I have a question or concern, and they are all so incredibly considerate and compassionate! If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would. In my opinion, Dr Phillips is the best veterinarian in practice. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my fur-kids!! ❤️
The team at Paws & Claws truly saved the day for my little girl. After relocating and trying a new groomer, my one-year-old pup was unfortunately cut on her paw pad. To make matters worse, our visit to another vet left us feeling disrespected and overlooked. Thankfully, we found our way here. From the moment we walked in, the entire team was incredibly sweet and treated my little girl as if she were their own. Their care and attention made all the difference, and I’m beyond grateful to have found such a compassionate and professional team. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
This used to be a good place, but recently they started playing games with my girl’s health just so they could make more money. In January, my dogs needed their booster shots and medication for heart worm and flea and tick. One of my girls (Saoirse) also has had yeast infections in her ears. When I made the appointment for both, they switched her to a “tech visit.” They looked at her, gave her all her shots and tested her just like my other girl. Now in October, because she was listed as a “tech visit” they refuse to give me more heart worm and flea and tick medicine because she “didn’t see the vet”. She did see the vet. The vet looked at both my girls at the same time in the same room. Also, this is the second time that I am refilling medication, but somehow it is only a problem now. Additionally, Saoirse needs ear medicine, but they won’t refill that either until we make an appointment which is not for another week. This is what I mean by they are playing games with her health. Vets should make money, but not at the cost of my baby’s health.
