On this day a year ago, we lost our beloved companion named Simur. He gave us 16 years of laughter, protection, care and love. Even though he was an angry little guy, he was always there for us, never left our side even in tough times. We miss and think about him everyday. But i know that one day we will see each other again. Even though it took me a year to write this review, I would like to say how thankful I am to Pet Angel, and to Audra (I hope I'm spelling her name right?) She was kind, patient, caring and took the time to make sure that our request were made on time. After encountering a few mistakes from the emergency clinic, I contacted "Pet Angel" directly and Audra was kind to go over everything that was incorrect in Simur's profile. By contacting them directly, I was able to save some of his hair, and do another paw print, which, we still keep in his altar. Audra was also very kind to take my calls and to update me on Simur's cremation process. I cannot emphasize enough how much we appreciate everything you did for us, Audra. I can tell how much you care and love your job and to help others. THANK YOU
My pet unfortunately passed in an emergency vet and I therefore was forced to use this company. In the past I’ve had amazing experiences with my pets crossing the rainbow bridge through lap of love and the crematory they use. This one is so impersonal and cares only about money. With lap of love they do fur clipping and paw print for free (it takes 2 seconds and cost is to do it is like 1 dollar for clay) and this place tries to up sale you in everything and charges you for things they should not. With the other place you get a beautiful urn with your pets name engraved. This place more money. I have a lot of money but when they are doing things like this when it’s someone’s loved one it showed how little they care. Besides all this being done on a computer screen and not in person and zero personal touch or evidence of compassion for your loss then they freaking ship your loved one via ups!!!! Leave some door tag if not home. It’s disgusting. The other place calls and personally delivers your pet. I sent them an email about how cold, impersonal and downright traumatizing (ups door tag) their process is and of course they have not reached out. Call lap of love and use their process if at all possible.
We lost our wonderful fur baby Duke. Fetch Vet and Emergency Care sent him to Pet Angel. They were quick to return my beautiful Duke back to Fetch so that he could come home. I love the care they showed, from the beautiful cedar box to the absolutely beautiful bags and finally the best paw print I could have asked for. I feel their prices are reasonable and I will trust them again. A huge Thank you for the care and respect that you showed for our Dukester!!!
I am very happy with the quality and care Pet Angel took with my boxer Lola. It’s been a difficult time in my house and Pet Angel helped soothe the process after I was able to pick up Lola’s remains. The urn and certificate is great quality and I am very pleased during this sad time. I would recommend their services. Thank you Pet Angel.
At a time that was rough for us After losing our dog Hope, they couldn't have done a better job including the lock of hair, The nice card enclosed from pet angel and the veterinarian, and the engraved box. And at a very reasonable price.
