I recently got dog food from Pet Supplies Plus in Orlando and there were bugs and larvae in the food. I called in and was told to bring back the food and they would remedy the situation. Joe Seward took the bag back and still had to partially pay for the replacement. They were NOT phased by the statement “there are maggots crawling through the food”. The manager at the store did nothing to remedy the problem and “tried” to call the store manager as she had no authority to exchange the food. Completely unacceptable for them to sell their brand of food with bugs in it 🤢🤢 food in video is optim plus adult beef and brown rice with tender shreds.i also have a video of it but can’t upload it to this review
In attempt to start buying local has lead me to start buying on Amazon and chewy again. I ordered dog food online from PSP mostly because it is always out of stock if I just pop in. I decided to bring my dogs along, parked and pressed the I’m here button on my email. No one came out. I waited 10 minutes. I left my dogs in the car ran in to find no one around. I stood there for a while before someone finally came up. Told them I had a pickup and had to leave the dogs in the car so I didn’t want to go too far and take my eyes off them. I showed them the email and my drivers license and they would not give me the food without my credit card. I let them know I didn’t have it and they would not give me the food I had already paid for. I asked for owner info and they would not give me that info either. Just the 800 customer service number. Manager Marci was very rude. It is ridiculous that I can prove who I am and still not get my order. Not to mention I’ve ordered from here before and didn’t have my card and it was no problem. My bank uses a virtual number that doesn’t match my card so they’ve given me the order. I can’t help that they do that. So the manager canceled my order and yes I could’ve repurchased it with my cc I had on me but clearly you don’t need my business. Not only is my dog food $100 a month but I started buying all my treats there too. This is why people shop online. This is too much of a hassle for some dog food.
Do not pass this store if you own a pet! Go in!!!! Great selection, and offer at a competitive price compared to other pet supply stores. I usually shop at “marts” and “co”s.. because I don’t know better. I was very delighted at their neighborhood location, costs and selections. I will come back again!
Very friendly and helpful staff. They have a great selection of items for dogs, cats, reptiles and fish. Their prices are good and if you find it cheaper online they will price match. They also have live crickets and frozen mice for feeding your pets.
I love this pet store. Affordable. Friendly, and just a great help in general and very nice to my pet as well. Luna loves taking her trips here
