Super rude girl with short hair working. They close the self wash early at this location. I’ve been to locations all over the USA since I travel constantly. I showed up at 8pm. It’s self service so it’s not like she’s doing any work. My dog has a super short coat and I needed to wash him since he rolled in a mystery substance. Just be mindful this location has a rude staff and different policies than most Pet Supplies Plus. Will not be back. Edit: No where on punch card or website could I find that it closes early so problem just a lazy employee trying to discourage customers from the store. I’ll go to other locations since I’ve never had this problem before.
Thank you so very much for allowing our Pets at your bathing station. Sorry for the doggy incident on the floor too. Towels are also provided on site. You're very kind staff members. Shopped for pet foods here as well before.
I love this store!! I usually come in once every two weeks to buy my hoard tons of treats. The staff is always so sweet and helpful. And they always have such low prices and tons of discounts! With their wide variety of toys and treats and even clothes this is the only place I shop for my babies.
Went in for 2 fancy goldfish and came out with 5. The employees were really nice and their prices were great.
This store carries the raw bones I needed for my pet. Also, the girl at the register was super helpful in answering all the questions I had about products and other services they offer. The store was clean and organized. Very friendly staff.
