I don’t know if they are doing this to scam people or else. Every single time I go there I check the prices. Everything marked and making sure I take the item I need from the specific price marked place. Then I go to pay and guess what? Is not the price. That tag belong to another item. Management is horrible. How you let your employees throw bags of food and assigning random prices? The manager should be fired. I go here to buy cause is closer to home but no more. Please stay away from this improvised pet flea market and go somewhere else. Anywhere is better than here. That’s something I love about PetSmart. Item marked wrong no problem they honor the price cause the placed the wrong tag. Here yeah sorry that’s not the item. Please fire the manager and the lazy employees who are not doing what they are supposed to. Is it so hard to mark items with the right price and place them accordingly?

This store carries the raw bones I needed for my pet. Also, the girl at the register was super helpful in answering all the questions I had about products and other services they offer. The store was clean and organized. Very friendly staff.

Once again leaving a 2nd bad review over the fact that this store has let me down on 6 different occasions because they are out of Fromm large breed. The winter park store has never let me down and seems to always be a lot more organized and staffed properly. I have even spoken to the manager about ordering more since it must be very popular but nothing has changed. It’s very frustrating when you want to support the business closest to your house but you’re forced to go to a different location since this one can’t order enough bags of dog food. This has been an issue for about a year now. I’m willing to bet no one will respond to this review either since they didn’t respond to the first one I left. They seem to respond to all the other reviews on here.

Thank you so very much for allowing our Pets at your bathing station. Sorry for the doggy incident on the floor too. Towels are also provided on site. You're very kind staff members. Shopped for pet foods here as well before.

I love this store!! I usually come in once every two weeks to buy my hoard tons of treats. The staff is always so sweet and helpful. And they always have such low prices and tons of discounts! With their wide variety of toys and treats and even clothes this is the only place I shop for my babies.
