Ami and the staff are all top notch awesome! Ami is patient and kind with my nervous Shih tzu, and allows her to be nervous without any frustration and come to creative solutions to keep her as comfortable and that shows us she truly cares about our little girl :) all staff are super friendly and helpful. They also have a huge assortment of collagen bones which are the preferred reward for our little pup :) thank you all for being so awesome!
I wish they had more stars!!!!! AMY the groomer at this store is absolutely amazing. I took my feral recue cat to her for nail trim and I couldn't believe my eyes!! It literally took a couple of minutes and she had total control of him. I was impressed by her professionalism and calm attitude!!!!!!!!!! But of course this Pet Supplies is great in general so I would expect no less from their groomer. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Elizabeth and Benny
I am super excited 🤩 how Miss Amy groomed my baby.🥰 He’s a challenge with grooming because he moves a lot and Miss Amy was able to groom him perfectly in spite of it all. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!🥰
Me and my fur babies love this store. The owners are there every day and provide excellent customer service, employees are excellent too. Fast and friendly service. The Store is always packed with product. Very Knowledgeable as well. I Always have a great experience when I visit and the location is superb. Kerri C
Love Pet Supplies Plus, but this location is awful. We were told we use coupons too often and he's losing money. The owner accused us of using multiple accounts set up to get coupons. Funny, but because their system was so messed up, they told us to set up another account so we could get/use our rewards (which we have never once used). AND we only get coupons sent to one email address, so absolutely makes no sense what he stated. We placed our order online for curbside pickup, paid for it, but then received a call from the owner stating our order was cancelled just for using a coupon. This also is not our first terrible experience with this store. Going forward, all our business will be given to the Clearwater location. I highly recommend the Clearwater store as they are extremely friendly and helpful and don't treat their customers like they are common criminals for using coupons that THEIR corporate office sent out. The owner needs to be careful when accusing their customers of coupon fraud as this could be viewed as libel. The owner might want to get his facts straight as the corporate office did confirm we only have one account that receives coupons.
