Come in and see Bee! She's so so so sweet, knowledgeable and extremely kind to the animals :) I spend an hour in the store just talking with her and learning new things about snakes and other reptiles. She's absolutely amazing! Thank you Bee, for being so welcoming and sweet !

I came for my sons dog food at the last minute, and was surprised to see that they carried this brand. Type that I need it was way up on the shelf and I couldn’t reach it and they were quick to get a ladder and get it down for me with a friendly face and a smile. That was much appreciated. Everybody in the whole store was friendly. The atmosphere was clean! I will definitely shop here again, especially since it’s close to home!
I've been coming here for years but the last couple visits have me wanting to leave this review. I've been to the store twice in a weeks time and dealt with different employees both times. Both times the employees were SUPER friendly and helpful. I wish I knew the employees' names to shout them out but multiple people helped me and were very pleasant and likeable. Thank you for providing good customer service and a overall good experience.
