Great place to walk your dogs. They have 2 size washers and they step up into so you don't kill your back while waking them. They supply entitling, from towels to shampoo & conditioners and oatmeal shampoo for sensitive dogs. Nice open area.

I went in just for dechlorinator for my aquariums because it was close and convenient. I usually go to a place out in Casselberry for my supplies. While the deals at this place did seem to be really good, I was disappointed in a lot of things at this particular location. First thing I noticed was, it stinks. It smells like dirty animal cages and unfortunately, it’s because the cages are filthy. The bird enclosures don’t look like they’ve been cleaned in ages. The betta fish cups have algae at the bottom. Next to the ferret cage on the floor was bedding and poop. I couldn’t let my daughter on the floor here because she’s still a toddler and could touch the floor. I can deal with a dirty floor but it’s a shame to see the animal enclosures in such poor shape. The Guinea pigs cage had so much visible feces. I wouldn’t want to live in my own pee and poop all day. I’d like to come back and shop and take advantage of some of the great deals I saw, but seeing the animals kind of rubbed me the wrong way. Please can the cages, cups and tanks for the animals sake.

Super helpful employees! I have a cat, snake, turtle, and bearded dragon and I get everything I need for all my critters here. Best place for superworms anywhere around.

Prices are good but their points reward system is hard to set up there should be a physical barcode physical card given at the store I believe this is on purpose to keep people from retaining or retrieving their points to use
