I went to buy my dogs some new food 10/16/24 at this location. Today (10/22/24) after feeding my dogs their breakfast i noticed the best by date is 09/03/24. I wasn’t upset nor angry that i was unknowingly feeding my dogs expired food as i know things happen. So i went to bring the food back and tell them i was sold expired food, and i’d like an exhange, not a refund. I told the clerk i didn’t have a receipt but i do have a bank statement that shows that i purchased this product at your store. She then asked me if i had a membership and i told her no i didn’t. Without looking at my bank statement I provided on my phone she said unfortunately without the recipt and because you dont have a membership i can’t exchange it for you. Corporate said since it’s a franchise they can’t help me either. I say all this to say: please check the expiration dates for everything you buy at this location. They will not help you if you bought something expired from THEIR store if you don’t have a reciept or a memebership. Don’t even bother trying to show them your bank statement for proof of purchase.
Great groomer! New to area and have used the diy dog wash station. Took my poodle mix to Lydia today for a full groom and she did and amazing job. Best groom he has ever had. Everyone at this store is very nice. Good pricing.
The self service dog wash area is always clean and in order. The customer service is great and I can tell the people working there love our pets.
Came here to get my cat’s nails cut and they were so nice. They talked to both me and my fur baby like sentient creatures instead of walking wallets like where I went before discovering this place. The food prices are also a lot lower than other stores, definitely recommend
I normally have very good experiences at this store and all of the staff have been very nice. But I did recently deal with a cashier who was very rude to me and complained to my face that he was annoyed I was buying individual cans of cat food that he had to scan separately rather than just getting a variety box in which he would only have to scan one barcode. I would have understood if perhaps they were busy and there was a line forming behind me, but I was quite literally the only person waiting to be checked out. I have a very picky eater that makes it difficult to buy those variety boxes because almost all of them have at least one flavor of food my cat won't eat, so I get the individual cans so I'm not wasting my money. Regardless I am not happy with how I was treated by Austin at all.
