This is my usual pet store and recently when I last went, Cara convinced us to switch to a healthier dog food for our babies! Will was also fantastic and made it a painless experience to swap out the bag we had already bought for the new recommendation! Thank you so much to the wonderful staff for how hard you guys work! :)
This is a great place to take care of most of your pets needs. They were the only shop I the area that sells the brand of dog food we wanted. We also used the pet was for our Labrador retriever for the hassle free convenience. Though we brought our own shampoo, the wash was well stocked with various soaps. The wash stalls are starting to look a bit worn as well as the towels. A bit more attention to cleaning the stalls after use would go a long ways to enhance the experience. Replacing the threadworm towels will help as well. The staff is engaging, informative, knowledgeable and helpful, we will visit this location again.
Stopped in to check the place out and prepare with necessary product for a rescue cat that I was to receive the next day. Store is very clean and they carry a decent amount of product as well. I was looking for a specific cat food that I’ve used in the past, but they apparently do not carry Nutro Products. I was able to get everything else I needed and picked up some of the food that I was told the cat was eating currently. I did join their club and plan to continue to shop there.
Love this place. I live full time in an RV so it's difficult to wash my dog. I use their self washing stations almost every week. My dog is in a raw diet and they sell dehydrate duck and chicken feets. Very friendly staff who always making me feel welcome
Cares more about making everything a hassle with making a return. My wife misplaced the receipt for a day but during the time we tried to make a return on a product we bought from here. The cashier said oh no can't do that. Every other store can look up by credit card yet your company can't seems odd to me. Also note even if other companies can't look up credit card purchases a store credit is normally issued but nope.
