This animal hospital has a terrible receptionist - first you cannot understand her, 2nd - she puts you on hold and never comes back on - PS: if an emergency is in progress - I'm pretty sure the receptionist is free to pick up the person on hold and let them know what is going on - instead of LEAVING YOU ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 5 MINUTES. Next / check your pets after they have been brought in the back to see if they are still bleeding 🩸 after any shots or blood tests. My poor dog had a technician that did a horrible job .
Our first time at the clinic with our dog. Dr. Lee and the vet tech really took their time with our senior dog. She is usually very nervous and requires muzzling during visits, but they were so gentle and took their time to gain her confidence. She did not require the muzzle and had her exam and shots without incident. They did a great job and were very caring with her,
Pine Lakes Animal Hospital is absolutely amazing. They did not give up on my sweet girl. They did everything in their power to ensure she could continue her life with us. I truly can not thank them enough for saving her life. I am still in tears about the lengths they went to for her. I will forever be grateful for Dr. Rosiek and the staff at Pine Lakes Animal Hospital!
Our sweet 7 year old Saint Bernard had stopped walking on her back paw. We thought it was due to possibly her hips. When we noticed it not getting better and swelling they were able to get us booked in fairly fast as a new patient. Dr. Crosby had X-rays done where we unfortunately found out it was bone cancer. They explained to us the pain she was in and gave us our options. I didn’t think I would lose my best friend so suddenly but the idea of her in so much pain I knew what needed to be done. The office staff was incredible. They took us to a private cozy room, gave us as much time as needed to spend as a family, gave us the step by step process, and helped guide us though one of our toughest moments as a family. My heart is broken but I am so appreciative of the care and time spent not only with our Leia girl but also our family. Thank you
Great experience. I had my dog Miley up at St. Augustine emergency care multiple time over Christmas holiday. I was very worried about my dog after bringing her home and needed somewhere to bring her. After finding out my Vet closed for an extended holiday weekend I found Pine lakes animal hospital was open and brought her straight there without an appointment.
