This animal hospital has a terrible receptionist - first you cannot understand her, 2nd - she puts you on hold and never comes back on - PS: if an emergency is in progress - I'm pretty sure the receptionist is free to pick up the person on hold and let them know what is going on - instead of LEAVING YOU ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 5 MINUTES. Next / check your pets after they have been brought in the back to see if they are still bleeding 🩸 after any shots or blood tests. My poor dog had a technician that did a horrible job .
Our first time at the clinic with our dog. Dr. Lee and the vet tech really took their time with our senior dog. She is usually very nervous and requires muzzling during visits, but they were so gentle and took their time to gain her confidence. She did not require the muzzle and had her exam and shots without incident. They did a great job and were very caring with her,
Pine Lakes Animal Hospital is absolutely amazing. They did not give up on my sweet girl. They did everything in their power to ensure she could continue her life with us. I truly can not thank them enough for saving her life. I am still in tears about the lengths they went to for her. I will forever be grateful for Dr. Rosiek and the staff at Pine Lakes Animal Hospital!
Very accommodating called last minute got me right in. I am a first time visit. Knowledgeable friendly
Interactions like this make you not to take your animals to veterinarians. Scheduled appointment all was good sent reminder messages everyday even got the app. Day off appointment comes and they ask at 11 AM if I can bump my schedule up to 4 PM. Unfortunately due to a 1 hour and 30 minute drive home and another 25 to the vet I was already crunched for time and leaving work early, I had to decline. I was assured that it was OK. Called to confirm if my appointment for 5 PM was still good. They put me on hold for 10 minutes and again for another 3 to say yes 5 PM is good at 4:39 PM. Arrived got the dogs weighed in, physically step in the office (appointment has begin) and another vet tech/assistant comes in at 5:01 PM saying they where going to call and try to reach me before I got there and I would have to reschedule the appointment. I don't even know what to say just don't go here you don't recieve the care you set an appointment before and there is a clear lack of professionalism and plenty of confusion clearly.
