I just moved from VT to Pinellas Park Florida and was wanting to find a vet that would make my 13 year old fur baby comfortable about going to the vet. Was able to make an appointment and for the first time in the 11 years I have had him he felt comfortable enough to smell around the exam room (usually trying to hide underneath chairs or behind me. Cami the vet tech was amazing and the vet was amazing. We will be making Pinellas Animal Hospital our fur babies home vet!
Staff was amazing with my pup!!! Vet and assistant was great with him and extremely helpful and informative, they took the time with him!! My experience was awesome and we will be using them as our vet!!! Highly recommend!!
I recently moved to Pinellas Park area and called this place to schedule an appointment for my dog but Mary was very unfriendly and rude to the point that I had to ask her to stop. After picking up the phone she basically asked me right away to pay the $73 for the exam and whenever I asked her what did it included she just kept asking me “what do you want to achieve” All those good reviews must be fake!! They don’t care about people or pets, just money
We have been bringing our pets to Pinellas Animal Hospital since we moved to Florida approximately 3 years ago and we have never had a negative experience which is why we continue to seek care here. Unfortunately, one of our cats suddenly became sick and the love/support given will never be forgotten. All the staff are very friendly and they truly care about the health of our pets. Lastly, I think it is important to note that they are very upfront with options and cost before proceeding. Thank you for always taking care of not only our pets, but the owners. Clare and Jill
This is hands down the best vet I’ve ever taken my animals to. They texted me to check in the day after our appointment & immediately sent over documentation needed for insurance claims. With my newly reactive dog they assisted me and made special accommodations to reduce stress on me & the animals. We are new clients and I can’t say enough. Responsive, organized, helpful, patient, quick follow ups, kind & caring staff. Highly recommend becoming a client here.
