We started coming to Plant City Animal Hospital after another local vet I went to hired a new woman to work in their office. She was rude and would tell me to go ER for simple things instead of working us in. I was a customer there for 18 years. Belle and I have had the best experience since coming to PC Animal Hospital. We love the new doctors and we especially love Dr. Montgomery. Bree, who answers the phone is always so pleasant. My dog is 13 and has chronic health issues. I don't expect same day appointments but they have worked me in. Jubilee, Vanessa, and Abby the techs take very good care of my old girl. Belle recently had a dental cleaning and ten teeth pulled. I called twice with questions and Bree was so kind and helpful to me. They fill our chewy prescription food and meds promptly every order. I don't know the name of the two Hispanic male doctors that work there , but they are also wonderful. They've been very thorough assessing Belle. They call me with lab results after hours and take their time explaining results to me and ask if I have any questions.
Was able to see my puppy right away and was very caring .. would highly recommend... the staff was very friendly and the vet was amazing
Very congenial vet who gave a lot of time to my poodle and seemed caring and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. My only concern is that I research all doctors and vets and I could find little on line about him. The former, older vet was our usual one but he's retired. Anyway, I like the new one and to be honest, my only concern is because I'm old and he's quite young. But he's kind and gave us more time and attention than any other in town and I've tried 3 others. I'm particular about my dog's care. I'll go back. My dog liked him and seemed to trust him. She's smart.
We could not have asked for a greater staff of people and Dr. than what we had, thank GOD FOR THEM THEY WERE VERY CARING, PRECIOUS, PROFESSIONAL, SWEET PEOPLE I WOULD SEND ALL FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO THEM IN A HEARTBEAT!!!! I had never been to this clinic before. I took my kitty here because he was very sick and I was able to get a same day appointment thankfully. The receptionist was very nice and worked me in with short notice. The work needed was way over what I had available immediately they worked with me finding a way to proceed so I could get funds for my furbaby over a couple days and come back. The very kind vet tech and doctor went above and beyond and were very compassionate and understanding of my situation. I cannot recommend this place enough for the help they have given me for my kitty. Thank you Plant City Animal Hospital!
