I happen to think their treats are great. The customer service is horrible. They owe me the remainder of my order for about a month and a half. I sent 2 emails, 2 voicemails AND a text message and they haven’t even bothered to acknowledge me. I absolutely refuse to order from them again. I guess my order wasn’t important to them. I’m forced to do a charge back on my credit card.
In a time when you have to worry about what is in our food….you don’t with Johnny. The treats are all natural healthy snacks that our picky dog loves. Go to the pier and test a couple or order online. Guaranteed happy pup!!!
I first found Puppy Nums by going to the Pier. The person working there was really friendly and said I could take samples for my pup. My pup really liked the pumpkin bites so I ordered more via delivery. I ended up getting the wrong ones. They were so kind and let me keep the wrong ones and delivered the original order 5 days later. Thank you again!
Met the owner on the Pier during a weekend stroll with my daughter. She was so nice and just let my daughter brag all about our fur baby. Mags loved her candied bacon treats and pigs ears we came home with. Just made another order from the website to try some other snacks and her salmon coconut for her coat. Love supporting a local business. Great prices.
