Dr Malensek is great and has taken excellent care of my pup. They allowed me to visit the dog after surgery. I can’t say enough great things about Ravenwood and everyone that works there.
I can not say enough great things about Ravenwood Vet. I have taken several pets here since I moved here 3 years ago and they have truly been amazing. Each time the staff has been amazing with me and my pets. I recently lost one of my fur babies and the way this amazing staff comforted me during such a hard time will forever be engraved in my memory. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a loving vet!
Took my dog in Wednesday for a small growth on her foot. She was having a hard time walking because of where the growth was. Her nail was digging into it. We only wanted her to be able to walk without pain. They charged me $1400. took her home same day she cried all night in pain and she couldn't breathe. had to rush her back to ravenwood Thursday because she went completely limp. they took her in and tried to help her and put her on oxygen. They don't keep animals overnight and wanted us to take her to an emergency vet to stay overnight because they said she had to stay on oxygen. then told me I owed them over 700 for that took her home and she passed away one hour later Lost our baby over a small skin growth on her foot. MONEY HUNGRY BUISNESS!!!!!!!!
My baby had all of teeth extracted here a few days ago and I am so glad I found Ravenwood. My elderly boy has suffered with stomatitis for a few months. It got so bad that I took him to the ER for some relief. They said he’d need full mouth extractions. I had such a tough time finding someone last minute but I did. They are exceptional. They walk through the entire process. Jamie was amazing. She answered all of my questions, I felt good leaving him there. He did amazing. I am so grateful.
My little dog was pregnant. And each time I came in they were no help with the questions I had! The day that she was delivering my husband and I called. We need to speak to someone right away because the baby was on its way and no one was not available to help us and was supposed to call us back that day and we have never heard from them since!! We lost the baby puppy at birth!! Was truly heartbreaking! I do not recommend this vet clinic.
