Began seeing them a couple years ago on the advice of my brother and sister in law for some rescue cats that needed vaccinations and spay/neuter. They were great with them! We Got a Basset hound in 2023 who they have been great with as well! Had a very small unplanned litter on Christmas Day of 2 puppies. (Basset hounds). This time we saw Dr. Cassie Triplett. She is AMAZING!! She was informative, understanding, kind, and probably one of the best Veterinarians I’ve seen in my 59 years of life. I will continue to request her in the future. An all around great clinic to take your fur kids. Staff is great too. They make you feel like family.
I recently had to visit the Ravenwood clinic and it was a very good experience. There was minimal wait time in their new South Wing extension. When we were taken back to the exam room the Vet Tech was very knowledgeable and thorough. Dr Elder was personable and compassionate and they took great care of my older GSD who required an X Ray. I liked the voice recording of the visit because that meant the staff could focus on the care required. I was promised a call to discuss pathology results on Friday and that happened in a timely manner! I appreciated the care and will highly recommend the veterinary service at Ravenwood.
Never had a vet that cared so much for our pup! They go outa their way to take care of her. Especially the rad staff. Jenn, Alyssa, and Dr. Coleman make every visit an easy one.
Took my dog in Wednesday for a small growth on her foot. She was having a hard time walking because of where the growth was. Her nail was digging into it. We only wanted her to be able to walk without pain. They charged me $1400. took her home same day she cried all night in pain and she couldn't breathe. had to rush her back to ravenwood Thursday because she went completely limp. they took her in and tried to help her and put her on oxygen. They don't keep animals overnight and wanted us to take her to an emergency vet to stay overnight because they said she had to stay on oxygen. then told me I owed them over 700 for that took her home and she passed away one hour later Lost our baby over a small skin growth on her foot. MONEY HUNGRY BUISNESS!!!!!!!!
My baby had all of teeth extracted here a few days ago and I am so glad I found Ravenwood. My elderly boy has suffered with stomatitis for a few months. It got so bad that I took him to the ER for some relief. They said he’d need full mouth extractions. I had such a tough time finding someone last minute but I did. They are exceptional. They walk through the entire process. Jamie was amazing. She answered all of my questions, I felt good leaving him there. He did amazing. I am so grateful.
