My baby had all of teeth extracted here a few days ago and I am so glad I found Ravenwood. My elderly boy has suffered with stomatitis for a few months. It got so bad that I took him to the ER for some relief. They said he’d need full mouth extractions. I had such a tough time finding someone last minute but I did. They are exceptional. They walk through the entire process. Jamie was amazing. She answered all of my questions, I felt good leaving him there. He did amazing. I am so grateful.
My little dog was pregnant. And each time I came in they were no help with the questions I had! The day that she was delivering my husband and I called. We need to speak to someone right away because the baby was on its way and no one was not available to help us and was supposed to call us back that day and we have never heard from them since!! We lost the baby puppy at birth!! Was truly heartbreaking! I do not recommend this vet clinic.
I highly recommend Ravenwood Veterinary to anyone who needs care for their pet. I have brought my dog there 3 different times for emergencies and they have always managed to get him back in tip top shape! They have also always called me to give status updates and to confirm pricing before performing the procedures. And on top of that, they have always slid him in for a same day appointment. You get what you pay for which is the best. Highly recommend is an understatement!!
Could not be more impressed with Ravenwood. Everyone there is polite and helpful. The veterinarians are truly fantastic. Knowledgeable,they keep you informed about your pet. They just make you feel good about your pet. Can’t say enough how great Ravenwood Veterinary Clinic is.
My cats doctor was Chris Elder, very caring and I was actually aloud in the room unlike Halifax Vet Center. Their technician was Cristina and she did an amazing job as well!!! Everyone upfront was staying busy and making sure that everyone was helped. I was very impressed. It’s hard when doctors are either out to just make the big bucks or we have the good doctors who are honest and make sure your animals are actually getting the help that they deserve! May God Bless all of you here and keep up the great work! I definitely found my new veterinarian clinic for my lil girls xoxoxox
