My cats doctor was Chris Elder, very caring and I was actually aloud in the room unlike Halifax Vet Center. Their technician was Cristina and she did an amazing job as well!!! Everyone upfront was staying busy and making sure that everyone was helped. I was very impressed. It’s hard when doctors are either out to just make the big bucks or we have the good doctors who are honest and make sure your animals are actually getting the help that they deserve! May God Bless all of you here and keep up the great work! I definitely found my new veterinarian clinic for my lil girls xoxoxox
After being recommended here from my local vet, I was a little nervous, never having taken a bird to the vet. Upon calling the office, I had so many (what I thought were silly) questions on taking them in, trimming beak, wings, and even what to bring him in, and they answered them so kindly, not once making me feel incompetent or annoying as I have at other vet offices. Upon arriving, I was greeted with so much warmth, which is something I strive to find for my furred and feathered babies. The entire staff greeted Comet with such love and care. Once called back with Miss Jessie, I knew I was in the right place. She has been in vet care for 15 years and has the most patience and care. She is knowledgeable and so bubbly it's contagious. Dr. Anderson had come in to examine Comet, and I was blown away. His care, knowledge, and skill set are the best I've seen with any bird in my life. He is a huge advocate on pellet diets and spent so much time just explaining his experiences in switching over and tips I can implement to get my baby switched over. After 3 days and his amazing advice, I have successfully gotten Comet to eat pellets. I had tried in the past to get him to eat it, but he just would not take to it. I am so happy to be able to help other bird parents successfully switch over and look forward to getting my little Zebra Finch, Shu, to switch over later this week as well. Comet says hello and thank you for the good food and tips for his mom. Thank you guys, you're amazing. 👐 I am very impressed by this office and recommend them to all who love their pets. 10/10 ✨️
Cool ecclectic building and decor, great atmosphere, beautiful screened porch for outside dining, "decent" pizza, and fairly good service. I could see going back to watch a sporting event, but not necessarily if I wanted an outstanding pizza. To be fair, while it's probably above average for the area, it certainly isn't remarkable. It just misses that "wow" factor... maybe a more flavorful sauce or better cheese? I would definitely go back, I just won't have the expectations I had. We also tried a slice of rainbow cake made by the "cake boss" during our visit, and we found it to be outstanding... but things went south after it reached room temperature. Maybe it's just better served cold.
Dr. Emerson is the absolute best. She’s so incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, detailed, she’s so caring, and the ONLY person we trust with our baby. She has saved our little girl’s life multiple times. We owe everything to her. Her nurses, Natalia, Nicole, and Emma are also amazing. The front desk is great. We moved to FL from NY to be closer to Dr. Emerson. She’s our hero.
Incredible staff, doctors and office building! My husband and I have had dogs our entire life and we just obtained a new puppy. We wanted to change vets and gave Ravenwood a shot to care for our little guy “Zeke” and we are so glad we did! What an unbelievable experience! Thank you Ravenwood for the cleanliness, expertise, kindness, communication and reliability!
