Took my husky here for a second opinion. I had seen another vet a couple times and was never really happy with the care he got. What I like is that they were very straight forward, explained my options thoroughly, and offered different treatment options. I will be taking Charlie back here again.
Wow, so grateful and so lucky to find a veterinary hospital in Daytona!!! We had traveled with our elderly cat for the first time and when things went amiss, fortunately for us, we experienced the incredibly kind and knowledgeable Dr Susan Henderson (and kudos to her staff!). She answered ALL our questions with depth and empathy. So glad we found Rawls. Joey and Moxie will be regular patients in the future.
My golden, Rosie, has been a patient at Rawls since I moved to Daytona 4 years ago and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The pandemic had just begun and I called around trying to find a veterinarian who would let me accompany Rosie but they all required I wait in the car. Except Rawls! They safely allowed me to be with my anxious pup and I knew their focus was in the best interest of our pets. Dr Henderson takes time to explain options, if something unexpected comes up they are available and the office staff is great! I love this place!
Love, love the office and the people and particularly how they handled one of our very difficult dogs. He was completely calm after his exam, a first! Our vet of many years retired, and we have been searching for a while. The first vet we went to just didn't seem to want to take the time with our dogs or give us a thorough explanation of the issues and options. The veterinarian, Dr. Susan Henderson, is so knowledgeable and gave options for treatment. We are so relieved to find Rawls and can now relax instead of getting stressed out every time we have to take one of our dogs to the vet.
The staff beginning with the front desk to the nurses and doctor were all professional and very caring individuals. They were concise regarding treatments and quick to act on behalf of our baby girl. We are so extremely grateful for their services and genuine compassion that we will be bringing our other pets there anytime we have any future issues!
