I have had a great experience here over the last couple years. Primarily tech visits for vaccine updates for my dog. They are very efficient, very rarely are there even other animals in the waiting area and the wait in the exam room is usually very short. My cat had a horrible UTI when I first started using them, she was peeing everywhere, barely came out of hiding and looked pretty skinny. They treated it well, gave me great tips and tricks to help get the medicine in her and she's been like a completely different pet since she finished the antibiotics. Today I just finished annual exams for both my dog and cat and I wanted to give Dr. Heaton a special shout out for his calm and kind demeanor, his detailed (but still audience appropriate) information/education and patience in getting a thorough assessment, history and lifestyle questions that may genuinely make a difference in the quality of our lives in the near future. I've never been pulled to pick a specific vet within a practice before, but I actually do plan to request Dr. Heaton specifically in the future, he was awesome! Thank you! My mom suggested this place as it's the only vet she uses for her dogs. It's been a fantastic experience. We moved here 2 1/2 years ago and they've been taking care of our dog Benny. From nail clipping and anal gland cleanings to surgery and a wonderful Euthanasia experience(as good as it can be for what was taking place). Dr. Garriga did our dog's surgery and it went well. He was amazing, every step of the way. He was clear with his instructions and answered all of our questions. Our pup crossed the bridge on 11/9/23 and Dr. Figueroa did the procedure. They were thorough and explained all the available options. The procedure itself was perfect. I can't thank you guys enough for the experience we had. We will continue to use you in the future and we'll recommend you guys to everyone who needs a vet.
Absolutely LOVED my visit. I explained my dogs situation, his anxiety is very very high due to past experiences and events he has experienced. As soon as I walked in they knew my dogs name and what we were there for, I wish I knew the assistants name; she was *incredible* absolutely amazing, listened to my concerns about my dog and what his potential behavior could be, she understood and treated him with so much care. The doctor talked to my dog like he was his own, told him not to worry, even when my dog was being responsive and reacted to his shots. They really did so amazing with him and me as a concerned dog mama. Thank you RVH!!!
Was a little skeptical upon reading the reviews but I had the best experience I've had at a vet. They were attentive from the minute I walked in with my cat. They were thorough and compassionate. Very informative to my cats needs AND it was the least expensive vet visit I've had. They did not seem money hungry or incompetent or rude like in the reviews. It was actually a very good experience for me and my kitty!! Affordable and compassionate staff
