The store is nice and clean, But there's nothing on the shelves. Limited supply of treats, bones, etc. Staff says they changed distributors, its been 4 weeks now. If it's a distributor issue then they should switch back. Petsmart down the road has no problems and ALL the products that apparently your store can't get. It's obviously not a supply chain issue. Check for yourself. Thanks
I don’t leave reviews, but I had to today because I was so upset from hearing multiple dogs howling and crying non-stop for 30 minutes. I was sitting in the Nextdoor Burlington parking lot, waiting for a family member to finish shopping. Something needs to be done about this. It’s not right!! Who knows how long they will be crying and sitting there for. I saw a worker walk past the door so I know they can hear the crying. Fix this! It sounds like they might be sleeping in these small sheds because the noise sounds very close.
Fantastic Grooming Services! I used to trim my dogs at home and after a mishap with my dog flinching I knicked him. Never again. Searched around and took a leap of faith on them and have been returning back every time for my boys and girls grooming needs (4 yorkies.) They come out great everytime and Babara and the team know what they are doing. Even got my fidgety girl Lily to behave. Absolutely stunning team, price, and environment.
Really nice place. High end feel. Has a lot of play area space for the dogs. Our Chihuahua loved their Barkery cookies. Look like human cookies. Smell good, too.
Prior to a couple weeks ago I would have rated this place very high. However I am extremely disappointed in the unprofessional way they handled closing the St. Pete location. At this point I'd rate them zero stars and call them scam artists. They sold me a 10 day daycare package for over $300 in mid February and disclosed they would be closing the store February 29th. The next day I attempted to take my dog they had a sign on the door saying they were temporarily closed for the morning. They never opened again, never contacted anyone, and despite my calling and visiting other locations and leaving messages asking for a refund, I've received nothing. No contact, no response, no refund. I talked to many others who were treated the same. Seems like they quickly took money for services not provided and rather than refund, they are going ghost. Either I get a refund soon or I am getting a lawyer involved and asking for not only a refund of what I paid but compensation for days missed from work because they closed unannounced. I will also tell everyone I encounter not to trust these people with your pets. If this is how they do business, one can only assume they cut corners with pet care too.
