Hands down the best vet. I have Great Danes and they do not like being out of the house. Entering the vet is the best part, you call and give them your spot marked by sea creatures. They come out and they take us in to a gate that leads into a private room. This is the best idea for a vet that I’ve seen. No stress on my dogs and I don’t have to fight a 167 lb Great Dane in a busy waiting room. Then the staff is absolutely amazing, I don’t see my self ever going to another vet again. And Loki says thanks for all of the snacks
My dog was bit by something and when I called first thing in the morning, they asked me to bring him right in. They said I may have to wait, but when I got there and they saw his face, they brought us right in. The vet tech, doctor, and staff were all very empathetic and attentive. Fortunately, my pup will be ok with antibiotics and steroids. Very grateful for the prompt and loving care we received. Every time we go, they make us feel that our pet is priority, and we appreciate it!
There will never be enough words to express how incredible this entire team of people are. I am a scholar, who studies interpersonal violence and teaches on trauma-informed care and that is the way that I would describe the manner in which they treat every single one of my pets. They call it fear free, but it’s the same idea and it’s so beautiful to witness. Not only are they compassionate towards the animals, but they are compassionate towards you as a pet parent, addressing all of your worries and concerns with grace and humor and kindness. I hope I never have to leave this area because I don’t think I could ever replace these veterinarians and their team.
So much heart for their patients - and for the owners. I had to put my cat down today. So much harder than I expected - and they were so very wonderful and sensitive through the whole thing. I could not possibly recommend these folks more enthusiastically. Thank you for all you do!
Amazing vet and highly recommended, great customer service and fast care for my 13 year old dog who was attacked in the neighborhood by another dog. The veterinarian office even had a grant program that covered the emergencies bill in full. Our dog received full care and all the medical treatments that were needed! Thanks Salty paws 🫶
