The receptionists and all staff and Doctors are great. I am always able to book an appointment within days from my call, very short time in the waiting room, the office is clean, and Dr's and nurses are gentle and thorough with our fur baby.
The docs here are great ! However the office staff is very rude and condescending. A Samaria Pearson really could use some Interpersonal skills. She certainly needs some counseling about her rudeness on the phone. I did not appreciate her sarcasm and rude responses. I’m sure had it been in person the outcome would have been very different. In other words she would not have hung up on me. A twenty year customer.
The folks at Santa Cruz are so loving and professional with all they do. I recommend them to everyone. I have taken all my babies to them for all of my pups needs. Especially, for a second opinion after emergency care from others. They are awesome. Thank you for all you do!
Horrible office. My dog had surgery here, they lost the sample that was removed from him that was supposed to be sent to the lab. I proceed to continue with the care of the vet practice and today we got blood work done and was supposed to have results within an hour and here we are 9 hours later no update because I didn’t stay to wait for the results. The “office manager” Paul is a joke. Please do not put your love ones in the care of this poorly ran veterinary practice.
I’m so happy we found Dr. Gordon and his wonderful team! They were so accommodating in getting us in and taking such good care of our doggie Whiskey that hurt his back leg. Dr. Gordon and his team were so professional and kind and took perfect care of him. Everyone at the office was very welcoming and loving to our whiskey :-) thank you to Ashley, Shelby and Aryana and Dr. Gordon! He is already starting to feel better and I think he is even looking forward to seeing everyone again ☺️
