Great service. My fur baby went into surgery on Thursday to be neutered and for a dental cleaning. He had a lot of junk accumulated. But they were able to help him and it was a successful surgery. He has been feeling great, and the vet have been very helpful and they answered all of my questions prior and post op.
The office staff seem organized and customer service oriented. We never wait very long for our appointments. I really like Dr. Stantons genuine care she gives. I would give her more stars if available.
The receptionists and all staff and Doctors are great. I am always able to book an appointment within days from my call, very short time in the waiting room, the office is clean, and Dr's and nurses are gentle and thorough with our fur baby.

The docs here are great ! However the office staff is very rude and condescending. A Samaria Pearson really could use some Interpersonal skills. She certainly needs some counseling about her rudeness on the phone. I did not appreciate her sarcasm and rude responses. I’m sure had it been in person the outcome would have been very different. In other words she would not have hung up on me. A twenty year customer.
