I usually don’t do reviews but this vet has signs up begging for 5 star reviews all over the place. Let me start off by saying this is my first experience with this vet and I will not be returning. I tried this one because it is very close to my house. I brought my 2 year old cat in for an examination due to some heavy over cleaning. I knew the visit could lead to sedation and bloodwork because of how healthy he seems otherwise. The quote for the sedation and exams was around $500 which is absurd but I paid it because I wanted to cover all the bases. After 4 hours I received a call to pick him up. After waiting 45 minutes in a room the doctor came in and did a great job answering all of my questions, (this is why they received any stars) but overall there was no diagnosis made. I was told it could be a couple different things and to do some tests with different foods at home basically. They also couldn’t get a urine sample so they sent me home with a $75 URINE SAMPLE KIT. I was annoyed but just wanted to get out of there and get my poor cat home. But the story does t end there. After the doctor left I started talking to my cat and realized he smelled horrible. Not until I asked the vet assistant why, she told me that he pooped all over his crate and “he was tired with them” at this point so they threw a pee pad in the crate and called it a day. Not only was he traumatized by the people at the vet all day but I had to traumatize him again by giving him a complete bath before he could even get comfortable in his home. I do think these people care about animals and probably have done amazing things for other families. This was just my personal experience.

We brought our baby Toto here for a really bad bladder blockage emergency and they immediately took him to the back within minutes of us walking through the door. They took great care of him and got him all fixed up. They were mostly good on letting us know what was going while he was there (he was there during day and at VEG overnight). The only issue we had was the lack of communication between the Sunday crew and the rest of the staff but they still took amazing care of him and called whoever they needed to to get the information needed. We will definitely be bring my animal back here again.

We recently had to bring our dog there for a severe breathing issue which turned out to be laryngeal paralysis They were waiting for our arrival and immediately took our sweet dog back and put her on oxygen and stabilized her Dr Worthington who we had never met was so knowledgable, warm and caring Anthony the vet tech could not have been more sweet and compassionate Once our dog was stable enough she was transferred by the incredible staff at Seven Oaks to Blue Pearl where life saving surgery was performed We were all such a mess and as new patients were were treated so warmly and kindly by every staff member we had contact with Forever grateful and thankful

Dr. Reddy is amazing. Empathetic, kind, professional, and deeply caring. We've been taking our dogs and rabbits to him for 10 years now. Never a bad experience. Also love his staff and vet students.

Last Friday I had an emergency with my cat, Jazz. My normal vet wasn’t able to help me so I called Seven Oaks Pet Hospital. They were able to work us in 30 minutes after I called them in a panic. When I got there, they took her back right away. The staff and vet treated me with so much compassion and understanding when I needed to make the painful decision of having to put my Jazzy girl to rest. Yesterday I received a card from the vet office with everyone condolences and paw prints of my girl which shows just how much they truly care. I cannot praise and thank this office and staff enough. They have been such a bright spot during this hard time.
