Shadow Lake Animal Hospital is so awesome. Dr . Cooper and the entire staff are knowledgeable and kind. He did 2 different surgeries on my geriatric pup and she healed quickly and was back to herself the next day. They have been able to get me in an emergency situation and saved my Joey dog. Simply the best veterinarian care. They really care about you and your animal.

Stay far, far, away! DO NOT TRUST these people with your animals! If I could give negative 10000 stars, I would. This vet hospital is the worst I've ever had in my 50 years of taking animals to the vet. The killed my dog, Josie after the vet, Kristin Dominguez aspirated a mast cell tumor and DID NOT give her any Benadryl or steroid! She didn't even stress that to be done after we took her home! Josie's body was filled with histamine and she went down quickly. We took her to another vet and they were shocked that she was not given Benadryl and Steroid shots immediately to stop the histamine from running rampant. She stabilized but then got sicker on Saturday and we had to put her to sleep on Sunday. I am begging all animal lovers in Ormond Beach to NOT take your animals to this vet. They will kill them!
We took our dog Pippa once to this vet for a consult then removal of some growths on her by Cryosurgery. Dr. Cooper and there staff made us feel like we have been decades long customers. He spent much more time with us than our GP does. Great old school, caring customer service which rarely exists nowadays. All the best to them!!!
