Just started taking my 3 Schnauzers here recently. One of my fur babies needed a teeth cleaning and had 2 lumps removed. Super satisfied with the results, care and cost that Ivy Rose received . I would highly recommend Sierra to anyone.
i recently visited thinking my cat was just sick, however it was revealed that she was suffering from a lot more and was putting on a brave face. we, unexpectedly, had to make the difficult decision to put her down. not only were the vets/techs very informative and professional, but also extremely friendly and empathetic. they assured us that it was the right thing to do and helped us feel very confident in our decision to not let her suffering to continue any longer. while i am still struggling with the fact that she is no longer with us, i know it would have been a lot worse had i not had a knowledgeable support system such as the staff at sierra animal hospital. not only did they provide the best care possible for our pet, but they also worked with me on the billing to set me a bit more at ease, as well as reach out a little while after the matter with their very much appreciated condolences. we chose to privately cremate her and her ashes came in the most beautiful packaging, along with very touching cards and other additions. truly a comforting establishment in the time of a harrowing experience. from the personable staff to the immaculate office space, this is truly the best place to take ur animal family members. RIP Nala | 1/1/2009 - 7/17/2024
I have been to this clinic twice as I decided to use an AAHA accredited clinic based on the excellent care we received in my home state of Georgia at an AAHA clinic. Dr. Rigg has been wonderful with my puppy, Kiwi. I heard they are expanding their clinic which is good news and I anticipate a long relationship with Sierra Animal Hospital. The staff has been wonderful as well.
They are amazing , kind and always treat our babies like family . We have being going there for the past 3 years the staff , and Dr Rigg are so caring which is so important to us as our fur babies are our family . Marisha is one of the Vet tech and she is amazing and always goes the extra mile with our boys . They always take the time to explain everything to us and we never feel rushed by Dr Rigg . We would highly recommend .
Called Sierra because I had just moved to the area and my golden retriever was super sick. They saw us within the hour and were quickly able to diagnose and treat her for pancreatitis. I am so grateful to the whole team there for loving on my girl so well and helping her to get batter quickly! Happy to have found my new vet!
