We went for our updated vaccines. Miles loves Dr. Jones and all the new renovations that took place. The staff was very friendly. The hospital has been updated and looks great.
Super nice phone staff. We didn't go in with our cat, but they're cool, and I would recommend them for fast-friendly vet care.
Very disheartening that this clinic didn’t do what they are supposed to do. I took a kitten, that I found on the streets, in on the 19th to get examined as I have other animals in my household & didn’t want them getting sick. They do some tests & I told them exactly what I thought was wrong with him, they would not prescribe me the correct medication. Didn’t have the “proper tools” to be able to do the correct test, when I called prior to make sure they had it, & then had to call back & ask for a refund, for them to finally prescribe it to me, “to make it up”. 8 days later, I find he has ghiardia from the fecal test, and no one decided to tell me so I can properly treat him. They blamed it on working out the “kinks”, being renovated & having a new location.
Dr. C and all the staff are so wonderful. Thank you so much for taking such great care of all my girls.
