We have been going to Drs. C. and B. Timberlake since they opened their vet practice. Both of them and the entire staff have been exceptional throughout these years. Two weeks ago we showed up with our beloved Sparky. It was an emergency, and both my husband and I were very affected. Our loyal companion for 16 years was ready to leave. The professionalism, kindness, compassion from Dr. T and Christine, the way they handled the moment, there are no words to express our gratitude. We had to let our Sparky go, but we were not alone, they shared our sadness and It helped so much. A forever thank you to all. Sparky left peacefully and received the best medical care, always.
We have been taking our pets to Southeast Veterinary for around 5 years . They all know our animals and the animals seem to enjoy the staff! We are always taken care with great care!
The staff was super friendly and made me feel at ease when caring for my cat. They quickly found the problem and provided me with a solution! My cat started improving within 24 hours of her visit. I had been seeing another vet for my other cats, but my experience was so good here, that we will be using this one from now on.
We just moved to Saint Augustine and had to switch vets from Jacksonville. I got very lucky and got up with these folks and they’re so good. They’re so good with my animals everybody that works there nice as they can be they call and check on you after your treatment. They’re just good people. I would recommend it to anyone. I know I’m staying here. They’re a wonderful vet.
While my Bubby boy was not a patient, a wonderful employee at South East Veterinary Clinic named Megan found him this morning and brought him to the clinic to run his chip so they could find me. Words could never express how thankful I am that because of her I was able to not only know what happened to my sweet boy but bring him home. They had him very comfortable and even made paw prints for me. Megan, thank you, I will never forget you thank you. This is an establishment that obviously has employees that truly care about animals. If you have a pet, this is the place to bring them. Rest in peace my sweet angel.
