We had our first visit today. We were an urgent visit as our boy (Duke) is having some complications. Dr. Nick and his amazing staff was able to work us in. They are very compassionate about what they do. Every check in was greeted with a smile and they took the time to know what dog was there. When we went to our room Duke got a fluffy blanket. Exams were done on the floor so he wasn’t stressed.
We have been with Southern Wind Animal Hospital for many years now and they are the best at what they do for our pets. Dr Nick and his staff were extremely supportive when we had to put our cat Peanut down. They are truly amazing.
Called up for urgent care and was so pleased with the staff, Dr. Nick and the facility. They got us right in and were so personable. My dog was so comfortable and now she’s a patient. So happy!
Dr. Nick was very cold and rude when I brought my puppy in because a few months ago I left a voicemail that they didn't like, regarding a mistake THEY had made. I felt that he spoke to me very unprofessionally while I was there and in a follow-up email. I had brought pets there previously and thought it was a good place, but I guess he let hurt feelings get in the way of his professional practice. There are better places to take your pet.
I love Southern Wind Animal Hospital. Dr. Nick and the Veterinary technicians are very nice to myself and my pets. Always answer my questions and take great care of my dog and cats.
