I have struggled with keeping my kitties ear infections under control for years. I was referred to Veterinary Specialists of Tampa Bay and I am absolutely blown away at the level of care they gave both me and my cat. Dr. Maria Lerace sat down with me at length at her consultation and walked through all of my options thoroughly and we decided to move ahead with allergy testing. Both her and the staff were incredibly informational and kind. When I went to pick her up after testing, Dr. Lerace sat with me for nearly an hour and went through each allergen one by one and then explained all treatment options to me thoroughly and honestly. I have had an absolutely incredible experience with them and I HIGHLY recommend this clinic. We now have a treatment plan in place for my fur baby. From the minute I walked in, I felt like my kitty was cared about by every provider and staff member and I am extremely grateful. Thank you so much from me and April!
Such a great team. My pup got very sick. Hurricane coming and they were open. Took great care of my little 5lb guy. The treatment worked. Gave me such peace of mind. He was well taken care of. Very reasonable for emergency visit.
Dr. Oakes was soo very helpful and accomidating for the surgery... My French Bulldog, Selena Puppe' feel remarkably better for her breathinng has been a delight to see her feeling better and bounced back within 24 hours or less...JB, and entire staff was amazing as well!
TBVS never fails at amazing me! But especially Dr. Oakes & his team. His confidence and honesty sets your mind to ease & he sure can perform miracles. My boy had somewhat of an emergent issue they fit us in right away. I cannot thank yall enough for saving my boy yet again !!! 11/10 recommend.
I can’t speak highly enough of this team of people. My cat came in with an uncommon lymphatic disease that is very hard to cure. I was devastated at the thought of losing my four year cat. They spent weeks taking care of him both in patient and out patient. They are heading and upfront of their recommendations and the likelihood of their our come. The ER staff and vets were truly amazing. The surgeon who performed the “risky” surgery that doesn’t have a lot of amazing positive results was wonderful. He gave us all the options and even recommended trying things before expensive surgery. After nothing worked, we did the surgery and it saved our cats life. The team took of our cat and loved him like he was theirs. THANK YOU so much to this amazing group of people. I am forever appreciative of you and what you’ve done for my family and giving our sweet buddy back to us.
