A shout out to Amy, Karina and Stacy (manager). I had taken in a standard poodle and I needed to change his food for him to gain weight in the healthiest way. I did my own research ahead of time regarding dog food brands. On my first visit Amy greeted me immediately and asked what she could help me with. We discussed my need and I shared with her what I had researched and if she had any suggestions or advice. She seemed pleased that I had done my research. She went over the dog food brands with me discussing the difference between them and the pros and cons for my situation. She provided me with small sample bags of the 2 brands that we determined would be good for him. I returned to the store a week later to purchase a small bag of dog food to begin the transitioning between his old and new food. I made several additional visits and each time Amy was very helpful and asked how my dog was adjusting to the new food. Between Amy and Stacy, I tried a couple different brands. We found the right one for him and he has been doing so well every since. I am pleased to announce he is thriving and has gained 10 pounds. Since we started this process in late August he has filled out nicely. I am so glad my friend Jim B. recommended for me to go visit The Green K9. Karina assisted me with a new collar for him. I brought him to the store with me. We had to try on several collars before we could get the right fit. She went above and beyond to help and was very kind. I have not used any of the other Green K9 services, but I feel they would provide the same service.

We have been bringing our dog, Raydar, to the Green K9 daycare and boarding for 10 years. We moved out of the area in 2019, but still traveled from out of town to bring Raydar to them for their excellent and loving care. We now live 3.5 hours away and have not been able to find the same level of care in our new area, so we travel 3.5 hours each way to drop Raydar off for boarding while we are on vacation. We can't say enough about the love, care and concern that Paul, Marnie and their staff exude. Even when Raydar hasn't been there for a long time, they remember him and he is always excited to be in their care. We are thankful to the Green K9 and recommend them for all their services.

Very impressed and highly recommend. This place is well well staffed, organized, and clean. It is managed by a knowledgeable, disciplined team. After receiving all the necessary health records including vaccines & recent fecal test, my medium size, rambunctious pup was scheduled for boarding for a few days. At arrival, they did a once over of his condition and asked questions about my care preferences. This does take a few minutes so plan ahead. Pups have a required 2 hour trial period with a slow, methodical introduction to a dog group. Very sensible and safe!! It was explained in advance that I needed to stay in town until this step was successfully achieved. I assume this is a one time thing for new comers. During boarding, they follow an active schedule with inside and outside play with human supervision. It is amazing to watch the pups play on their webcams. Very impressed with the interactions between the dogs in a play area and their ever-present, thoughtful, gentle, watchful human leader. I am truly grateful GreenK9! Thank you.

I absolutely love this place they take such good care of my puppy Freya. She has so much fun being able to socialize with the other dogs and being able to play all day and get her energy out which is much needed. We are leaving her today for our second vacation and she did great the first time so I'm sure she'll do great this time as well!

The staff is so friendly and very knowledgeable. They took such great care of my pup. Their facilities are really nice and clean. Love the little shop. Honestly it’s just a great place where I know my pup will have fun, be safe and get cleaned up.
