Everyone is kind, compassionate, and professional. Our usual vet wasn't available, but the female vet did fine with our dog. Dr. Long is our regular vet and is phenomenal with our past and present dogs. They do not do unnecessary procedures and never insist on things we may not feel necessary which helps keep it very affordable. We will never change vets! Highly recommend!!!
The professionalism, care, compassion and service coming from the Dr’s and staff is amazing at Tomoka Pines Veterinary Hospital. The reception is caring and responsive when we need to see an Dr. Our annual visits are affordable, on time and met each year with advice from knowledgeable Dr’s. They carry medicines, food and have an online store for items they may not have on hand. The fully remodeled building is beautiful, offers space to be away from other animals and the clinic has a-lot of on hand testing machines to reach a diagnosis quick when you need services other than routine care. The Dr team is diverse with experiences, training and knowledge which makes this veterinary practice perfect for our families needs. I recommend Tomoka Pines to everyone, theres just not another option for us.
I called a few days before making an app to get an estimate on my puppies first vaccination shots because we didn't like our last vet and I was put on a brief hold so they could estimate the cost. After comparing to other vets in the area, they seemed to have the best deal for the price (around $150 per pup; they are 2 pound, small mixed breeds). I made the appointment and they fit me in 2 days later! The clinic is super clean and has a great atmosphere. The techs were extremely caring for my babies and gave them their vacc's so easily. They even provided me a goodie bag with samples of products and helpful information guides. They answered all my questions and everyone there was super nice and young! I even got a follow up call the day after. Really loved my first experience there!!
Everyone here is very nice. They take the time to inform you and give you options. They understand not everyone's rich. They are very good to the pets. They do not try to bully you into extra services and make you feel bad if you don't choose them, like so many other vets I have been to. When you call on the phone they answer all questions and are very helpful. If your pet needs to be seen they will fit them in. When my brother was here from out of town with his dog he was sick. We explained they were from out of state ,but the dog needed to be seen, and they fit him in same day and took care of him. The doctors, vet techs,and girls at the front are always friendly and helpful.
Dr Long and his staff are very professional. I have had 3 dogs at different times visit. He and his staff are very courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable. I have gone to other vet offices and this office is the best!
