Everyone is kind, compassionate, and professional. Our usual vet wasn't available, but the female vet did fine with our dog. Dr. Long is our regular vet and is phenomenal with our past and present dogs. They do not do unnecessary procedures and never insist on things we may not feel necessary which helps keep it very affordable. We will never change vets! Highly recommend!!!

Everyone here is very nice. They take the time to inform you and give you options. They understand not everyone's rich. They are very good to the pets. They do not try to bully you into extra services and make you feel bad if you don't choose them, like so many other vets I have been to. When you call on the phone they answer all questions and are very helpful. If your pet needs to be seen they will fit them in. When my brother was here from out of town with his dog he was sick. We explained they were from out of state ,but the dog needed to be seen, and they fit him in same day and took care of him. The doctors, vet techs,and girls at the front are always friendly and helpful.

Dr Long and his staff are very professional. I have had 3 dogs at different times visit. He and his staff are very courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable. I have gone to other vet offices and this office is the best!

I called a few days before making an app to get an estimate on my puppies first vaccination shots because we didn't like our last vet and I was put on a brief hold so they could estimate the cost. After comparing to other vets in the area, they seemed to have the best deal for the price (around $150 per pup; they are 2 pound, small mixed breeds). I made the appointment and they fit me in 2 days later! The clinic is super clean and has a great atmosphere. The techs were extremely caring for my babies and gave them their vacc's so easily. They even provided me a goodie bag with samples of products and helpful information guides. They answered all my questions and everyone there was super nice and young! I even got a follow up call the day after. Really loved my first experience there!!

Dr. Kelly is the best vet I have ever been to. He is so particular about how he puts each treatment plan together and always does what is in the best interest of your pet. He really cares about each patient and their owner. I've seen some vets become desensitized to their jobs and not really put the love and care into each patient after a while but not here. The front desk staff is also wonderful. Melissa is the absolute best and I am so grateful for finding a place as great as this!
