Our 9 month old pup was not acting like himself and after our normal vet told us they wouldn’t be able to see him for many hours, we decided to give Trinity Oaks Pet Wellness a call. We explained our situation and they told us to bring him in right away, without hesitation or even a second thought. From the minute we walked in the door, we were greeted and treated with nothing but kindness and compassion from every single person we spoke to and interacted with. They were thorough in their testing, took time to explain all of our options, and are very reasonably priced—though throughout the entire experience, it was clear that collecting payment was the LEAST of their concerns. To Dr. Iachello, Dr. Trakas & all of the incredible staff, THANK YOU for helping Moose and for creating such a welcoming, safe environment for all pet owners.
Trinity Oaks Pet Wellness Center is still my go-to vet! I moved over a year ago and I'm still making the 45 minute drive just to see the vets at Trinity Oaks. They always get my pets seen as quickly as possible. They get us in same day if necessary. There's never a long wait. The staff are all very friendly and kind. They don't turn over new staff all the time, so you see the same faces each time you visit. You get to go back into the exam room with your pet. The positives about this clinic are endless.
Hands down the best vet in the state of Florida!!! Wendy saved my dogs life. We have a 4 year old frenchie that slipped a disc. If it wasn’t for her quick reaction we would have lost him as we could not afford the surgery. It happened again to my other frenchie just not as bad and she was able to step in and save him as well! My family and I will forever be thankful for her and her team!!! They truly love and care for our animals as if they were their own.
These ladies are wounderful they truly are a blessing they saved my babies life no questions asked and a staff member has followed up on their own time each day to check the progress of our lil boy monkey. They all have a heart for animals I couldn't ask for a better vet. I recommend these ladies to everyone they are blessings and go above and beyond expectations carefully evaluate the problems answer all questions was very loving and caring with our puppy and gave him the immediate Care he needed. You guys are AWESOME!!
Love this vet. They took really good care of my dog Tank when he had to have surgery. They got him in so fast. He ended up having cancer and they removed it! He has sense made a full recovery! Tank & his family all thank you.
