From the moment we walked inside Trinity Oaks pet wellness Center we were referred to as mom and dad. We loved the family like treatment and care from the amazing staff from the front desk crew to the nurses and doctors. They put the pet first no matter any situation. If there is a problem with your pet they will have you bring the pet in instead of waiting for an appointment days later. Dr Wendy Watson was our Doctor and she absolutely loves animals. After searching the county for the best vet we have found it! Excellent Service! 💜🫶🏼🐾
We tried more than 4 vets before we found Trinity Oaks Pet clinic ❤️🐾. From the moment we walked in they only cared about Tiana’s health. Tiana has allergies and other issues that require monthly visits to the vet. Every time we go the experience is always the best and better. Dr. W Watson removed my princess eyeball and from the day of the surgery and after days of recovery the care of the crew was outstanding ❤️. I like to see reviews before visiting an important place like your pets clinic, if you are here for that, go ahead you are going to find a bunch of professionals and caring people, from the front desk Anna ❤️ the entire team ❤️ and the doctors.
Had another great experience yesterday. My dog is an anxious 50 pound baby who tries to alligator roll her way out of uncomfortable situations and these techs/vets are so patient and understanding. Becky was extremely helpful getting me checked in and keeping track of my appointment while I waited outside with my dog. Emily and Anna worked with me trying several different things in order to get my dog the shot she needed. This place consistently goes above an beyond to help you and your dog. Can’t express my gratitude for everyone there enough! Highly recommend!
Wonderful staff! Our regular vet office closed so we had to find a new one and chose here. My dog has serious health issues and is at the stage where it’s time to just keep her comfortable. It’s so sad to see, but this office really cares about her even though they just met her. They are so kind and supportive and really try their best to make it as easy on me as it can be in this difficult time. So glad I found this place. The doctor we see is amazing she definitely knows her stuff and tries to think of anything and everything she can do for my dog. And the techs are great they even helped me carry my dog (who can barely walk) to my car when I had my toddler with me and they saw I was struggling. Absolutely recommend
My Lola is a spicy Chihuahua, but these ladies were amazing with her. She did great! I am very impressed with this place!
