I want to start by sharing that I've always taken my dogs with me everywhere because they are such an important part of my life. However, during my daughter's volleyball tournament at the Orange County Convention Center, I made the difficult decision to leave them Universal Dog care, Boy did they enjoy them self. I'm so relieved and happy to say that they had a wonderful time, and I received regular updates and pictures that brightened my day. I can't wait for June when they'll be back again for another tournament!🐶🫶🐾
We discovered a gem in Universal Dog Care when we needed a trustworthy haven for our dog while we explored the parks. Our goldendoodle, a sweet but clingy companion, struggles with severe separation anxiety, and being only three, had never been boarded before - the thought of leaving him behind was very hard for me. But Universal Dog Care's exceptional communication style and abundance of photo updates throughout the day alleviated my concerns, filling me with confidence that we'd made the right decision. Their dedication to keeping us informed and comfortable was truly heartwarming. We were thrilled to see that our furry friend enjoyed the freedom of not being crated, lounging on plush furniture that made him feel right at home. The photos they shared showcased a dog in absolute bliss, and we knew, without a doubt, that we would return to Universal Dog Care on our next Florida adventure.
This was my first Vacation with my Dog Buster, First time leaving him with a professional day care service. The experience was phenomenal. Highly recommended. Would most definitely leave my pup here again. They were super polite and caring for my dog. Love the amount of pictures received throughout the day. My fur baby Leah Pearl did an eight day stay at the BEST of the BEST, Universal Dog Care Orlando this Thanksgiving. She was well taken care of and had a ball meeting new friends🐶. The family caring for her and the other dogs are very nice, loving and knowledgable to their needs. The extra touch of getting photos each day from 7a to 7p helped with my anxiety along with and questions i had being answered. Thank you so much for taking really good care of our girl.
