We will always take our fur baby to Universal Dog Care Orlando, anytime we are in the area. They are wonderful people and communicate everything very well, start to finish. We had peace of mind all day long in theme parks, enjoying a visit from my son and his girlfriend, and receiving pictures of our fur baby all day long. I recommend Universal Dog Care to anyone that loves their fur baby and wants peace of mind. It was an excellent trip and we owe the most part to these owners who were excellent and very attentive to our fur baby. Thank you so much for treating Chance like family. You are amazing!!
I was very happy to find universal dog care Orlando. took great care of our babies, received pictures constantly dueling the day. Grammy and her little friend pack were great! I felt comfortable and at ease leaving our pets with her the moment we saw her. Very happy and will definitely be using her services again when we return to Orlando.
I can not recommend them enough! It's very hard to believe when a place has only 5 star reviews but I can tell you after having our dog Fluff spend 5 days with them they are the absolute best boarder I have ever had! I got multiple pictures from them every hour. They don't lock anyone in scary kennels and the dogs get the run of the house and have lots of friends to play with and lots of love from the owners. When we got there to pick him up he was happy and clean and didn't smell like a kennel like in past times with other kennels. They went above and beyond for him! Thank you so much for everything!! We look forward to using you again in the future.
We found Universal Dog Care a few days before we left for Disney. They were able to accommodate our guy Moose and make us feel more at ease with boarding him. They were incredible through the entire experience. They were great with communication, pictures, and updates on how he was doing. He came back happy and tired from all the playing! Definitely would use again!
We are super particular when it comes to our fur baby, Gracie…having her in a doggy daycare setting less than a handful of times over the past year. It’s not something we have been comfortable with as nothing has ever seemed to “fit”. When we decided to go to Disney and Universal for our vacation this year, I began researching. Agonizing over just the RIGHT doggy daycare situation.. I was so happy when I found Universal! All the great reviews and wonderful experiences that were talked about.. I knew I had found the right setting for her! We still have a week to go, but wanted to write this in case anyone is looking and agonizing like me! We have dropped Gracie off every morning and have gotten pictures and videos of her daily activities! At other places she has been, she comes back stressed.. but not here! Every day I pick her up, while excited to see us, she has not been stressed at all. We have had no problems with her not eating or being depressed… this alone tells me she is truly enjoying her stay! It means so much to us for the communication and ease of dropping off and picking up! I wish we had this doggy daycare where we live!! So if you are on the fence… just do it! Make that reservation! You won’t be disappointed!
