We have 3 cat buddies. Our cat, Bonnie was in howling in pain when we took her in. Easy to set a time online and the staff is wonderful. They identified the source and gave her a shot to help along with medicine to take home. They sent a medical record to our vet’s office and to my email. Better yet, cost is reasonable - lots cheaper than the emergency vet clinic close by. I highly recommend this clinic.
I took my pet to the Urgent Vet due to severe respiratory issues. The staff there was very helpful in calming both me and my pet down. They provided me with all the details of the care they had given and also gave me an at-home plan to follow. To my great satisfaction, they even called me the next day to follow up on my pet's health, which made me feel that I had made the right choice in taking him there—a big thank you to Dr. Veda and the staff for their excellent care.
We had to take our 12yr old dog to see why she wasn't feeling good. It ended up not a good outcome for her. The staff was very compassionate and caring in the end. They gave us a room to say our goodbyes to her. The most heartbreaking day for our family. The staff never rushed us and were so very understanding. I would definitely highly recommend this and will use it again if necessary.
The staff here is AMAZING!! Unfortunately my pup was attacked by a dog and I was concerned he may need stitches or that he could get a nasty infection since the dog that bit my baby was not up to date, I googled the closest place and showed up, I signed in as a walk in and waited for 5 min before the staff called me back, they washed all my fears away and took the absolute best care of my baby Groot. I’m SO BUMMED they don’t do routine veterinary care because we would absolutely come here if we could. Hopefully we don’t need to come back but if we do need to we will absolutely be coming here!!
Thank you so much to the staff here, especially Mackenzie and Dr. Taylor! Such professional, compassionate, and patient staff. We had to put our kitty down and they were so pleasant. Dr. Taylor conducted such a thorough exam and discussed options with us before letting us decide. They offered a "comfort" room for us and let us take all the time we needed to say goodbye to our girl before and after she was put to sleep. We never once felt rushed. It is never an easy decision to let a pet go, and I thank the staff so much for helping us through this process and giving us all the time we needed to grieve. Will definitely recommend this clinic for friends and families with pets who need to see a vet urgently.
