10/10 recommend Dr. Allen, she is always so kind, informative and honest about what’s best for our dog! I feel confident bringing our rescue here because they are patient while he takes time to warm up and they want what’s best. They also refer out if they know a better option for your pup, showing they aren’t just about the money like some vets!
I can’t say enough amazing things about Valrico animal clinic. They were so incredibly kind to fit my very sick dog in for an emergency visit never having seen here before. Unfortunately they were unable to care for her and she needed a higher level of care. They were so kind to call ahead and get us all set up at the ER. After we unfortunately lost our sweet Stella we unexpectedly received a condolence card from Dr. Bohannon and her team. They went above and beyond during the most difficult time.
We trust Valrico Animal Clinic with all of our pets, a dog, a cat, and two chickens! We have been loving this place since we moved to Valrico in 2021. Thank you for taking such great care of our crazy fluffy children!!!
I have used VAC for many years now - including when they were at their previous location. All of the doctors I have encountered at VAC have been excellent with all of my pets - present and past. They are on the high side for some procedures, but I have found that with vet care, you generally get what you pay for. What is important is they do excellent work with surgeries, they collaborate well with previous and other vets that had to be used when travelling out of town, and they have always been friendly, professional, and curteous.
My cat has been seen for the last few months at VAC. I brought him in as a kitten for his shots. Staff is friendly and you are informed of costs and explained procedures up front. He was also neutered & chipped. The costs were not the cheapest but I am impressed that he recovered very quickly from the procedure with no complications. He was groggy from the anesthesia for a bit then he became his playful self once worn off. There was no cone required! Im satisfied with the vet care at this facility and would recommend.
