I took my kitty to the vet recently because he was sick… the vet was understanding & not pushy about diagnostic testing that was way too expensive & giving me alternatives she thought would be helpful. I’d say David went above and beyond answering my questions (I had a lot) & he was just so gentle & caring with hands on care!! I’m thankful for the exceptional experience I had that day because little did they know I was an emotional wreck and their kindness went a long way. (Including front desk staff)
Fantastic. Very friendly staff & treated my boy amazingly, I get really nervous leaving him alone as it is but the wonderful people working at VCA Little Animal Hospital made sure I was updated & reassured the whole time he was with them, even sending me a really cute pic of him St Patrick’s Day themed with a green bowler leprechaun hat. Absolutely satisfied & very happy with their care & my experience with them!! Highly highly recommended.
My fur baby was recently diagnosed with diabetes. Staff at VCA Little Animal Hispital have called to see how he is doing. Tracy called today because she didn’t see a follow-up appointment for Saturday. I’m so impressed by all the staff I have dealt with. Thank you all
We have been taking our Labrador retriever, Brewer, here since we got him at 8 weeks old. As first time dog parents, we always have lots of questions and are overly concerned for him. The staff here is very patient with us in answering questions, providing feedback, and not being pushy in telling us how to treat our dog. They make him feel like a priority at every visit. And a big shout out to the front desk team, they are some of Brewer’s favorite people!
Took my dog here because he had an ear infection and an ear hematoma. They treated the ear infection and then his hematoma got infected. After 3 trips in 3 weeks we had to do the surgery on his ear I couldn’t afford the price they first showed me and after explaining my situation and what I could afford they were able to get my dog in for surgery that day. They took great care of my boy and even let him chill with them in the office after surgery. They followed up the next day to see how he was doing and even offered to re wrap his bandages after he managed to get out of them. They care for our animals as if they were theirs. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
