Moved to Edgewater this year from Ohio and used a VCA vet up there. Moving everything over was very easy and I love that I get to continue having all the perks the VCA app gives! I've taken my senior and adult cat here already a few times and the staff is very nice. Of course vets are going to be expensive no matter where you go, but my pets' health is important to me and the friendly, competent staff is worth the price. Thank you guys for all that you do!
It is challenging to come up with the words to express just how wonderful the VCA Newman Edgewater Animal Hospital team is. I am now entering my second time around navigating the care of aging dogs with their team and could not feel more fortunate to have access to their expertise. I have always been met with thoughtful consideration, willingness to think outside the box, compassion and an office/clinical team that seems to genuinely be invested in the care of the animals that pass through their doors. While there should always be a financial expectation in caring for our little friends, I have never felt pressured, nor judged for the decisions made in this regard - In addition, I have only ever left feeling educated, reassured, supported and like I had a conversation with someone who cares just as much about my loved ones as I do. Thank you all so very much!
After and Before pictures. My 13 year old fur baby had a cyst successfully removed from her tail. She has been recovering very well and acting like a kitten again. The office cat, Geronimo, plopped down next to her carrier and took my seat while I was at the front desk. I think he wanted to comfort Cupcake before her surgery. 🤣💝👍
My cherished 20yr old Chihuahua passed quietly in her sleep. My heart was understandably broken. I took her to this wonderful Veterinarian Clinic for cremation. I cannot emphasize the respect, professionalism and empathy that was given to my Furbaby and myself in this sad, sad situation. I am eternally grateful.
I wish I could share a good experience, But when a vet maxes out your care credit card with 5 visits and a boat loaf of unneccessary meds, and still can't diagnose your kitty's illness, and the doctor doesn't have the time to come out and talk to you in person while you wait in the lobby worrying about your baby, not knowing what they are doing to her, but sends the tech out to say there's nothing more we can do.....NOT to mention giving her a clean bill of health on her teeth, only to find out from another vet she has serious back.moler issues where they can see straight into the hole of both teeth.... Lesson learned!!@ Just my experience Desk staff very nice
