I recently found this place to take a new kitten to get her shots, not only were they very professional & super friendly, I very much enjoyed the atmosphere also. Fast forward a few months, one of my oldest cats, Aerial, was having a few issues, I took her to them as well. Unfortunately, I found out all in one visit that Aries had cancer and I was going to have to put her down 😞 they were absolutely amazing during the process and they handled everything with grace and dignity and even though it was one of the hardest moments of my life, they made it so much easier. They even took the time to send me a personal card, thank you Dr. Preeti and your staff very much for that. It means a lot. -Sasha
Katt (I apologize I'd if I misspelled) took very good care of my son (dog) Dublin today. She was very thoughtful and did everything she could to make sure her and Dublin were buddies before we left. And thank you to the whole crew for doing such an excellent job with all of my pets over the last decade. You are all true angels to do what you do. 🙏💚
We have taken our cat Milton twice now and we are so pleased with the staff and how caring they are with our furry baby! Chris is exceptionally personable, caring, so good with cats. Dr. Nelson and the entire staff - have cared for our 5 dogs for the past 3 years or so and they have been the best. We thank them for treating our "babies" as if they were their own. We wish them all a very Merry Christmas and a safe, healthy New Year. And to Chris... Semper Fi my brother
I have never met nicer, more caring people. I will never go anywhere else for my animals needs. I highly recommend them to everyone they give them a try, you definitely won't be disappointed. So much compassion from everyone there, and Mr. Chris saved the day. My poor kitty was popping out of his carrier, and he just so happen to have one. Amazing is the first word that comes to mind whenever I think about VCA Ormond Beach Animal Hospital. Just amazing!!!
