This girl is definitely not for a doctor. 1. for discharge from the cat’s eye, he says that it could be a infection, but to give me a supplement and to come back in 5 days. for an exam and to give an antibiotic. I insisted that she give it to me now - who treats an infection with vitamins. 2. I asked to be given a 3-year vaccine and here's what happened - in the paper she gave me she wrote to me that I should vaccinate the cat after 1 year, but she claims that she gave me a 3-year vaccine and that's what I'm paying for. She said to me that she has the right to say that the 3-year vaccine it is valid for 1 year and she is even asking me if that makes sense for me.Is that can make sense for anybody ?Please,do not go there. I am attaching a photo of my cat eye which she wants to treat with vitamins and a photo of the papers for the vaccination. One more thing.I ask for prescription for antibiotics she didn’t give me,she sell me antibiotic for $57 and I find out that it is around $ 30 everywhere else.
This was my first time taking Leia to Vetco Total Care hospital, and we had a great experience! The whole entire staff were very friendly and took excellent care of Leia. I would definitely recommend this hospital, thank you!
100% would recommend anywhere else. They’ll hold your prescription and force you to buy medication through them. If you try submitting the prescription to anywhere else online, vetco of Seminole will deny it with no reason, and tell you to bring your dog in for another unnecessary exam instead. Got off the phone with customer service and they confirmed I have about a year of refills left, and he can place the order for me, however, the vet can’t approve for me to order through chewy. No one is giving me an explanation why I can get it through one pharmacy and not the other, sounds like they only care about taking your money. Please go elsewhere. Staff isn’t friendly either, unless you have a 10lb dog or under.
Your 2 Managers David and Kristi treated me horribly yesterday. They were both very rude and condescending. I have been a member of the Premier Core Plan since Dec 2022. My cat passed away last month so I had that plan canceled..(Neither Manager even bothered to say sorry for your loss) I rescued another cat and signed him up for the Premier Plan to which I had proof of dates on my phone and even showed David the deduction from my bank account this month and they refused to take the $69 exam fee off my bill. David made me feel like some kind of a criminal trying to get away with something. It was very degrading! They kept me and my sick cat there over 40 mins after our apt with the vet, so he could VERIFY my account. At that point, I had enough of both their rude treatment and the way they were treating me so told them to cancel my entire account and I would find another vet..ZERO apologies and since they tried to scam me with an extra $24.99 payment on my bill for xrays to be discarded when I never even had xrays done, I asked Kristi to print my reciept so I could make sure they didnt try and add any other charges. Kristi refused to print off and when another customer walked in she screamed across the entire store for David to escort me out! David followed me to my car, recording me on his phone and told me they called police and I would be ARRESTED!!! I said for what?? He said Trespassing! I cant even make this stuff ip but fortunately, I was video recording inside how they were both treating me and I have the entire outside event with David on video from my car camera and all his words are recorded! I contacted my attorney yesterday and he has reviewed the tapes and wants to move forward with my case. They both need to be fired!!
Our senior dog Cocoa was handled with so much care and empathy. Dr. Asantewaa was gentle and extremely informative. They are a gem of a caregiver. Kierstan was also amazing to work with. Thanks vetco for always taking care of our baby.
