Very happy with the accurate diagnosis and quick care. Our dog was so ill and quickly becoming more lethargic, we took him in at midnight and Dr. Tilley knew pretty quickly what could be wrong and how to make things better. He needed hospitalization for 1 day, became better more quickly than expected and sent home on medication we could give. Everyone there was so nice to him and us, it made a traumatic experience so much easier. Thank you!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "The Veterinary Emergency Clinic of Central Florida did an amazing job with my daughter’s dog Major. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in, which made a stressful situation much more manageable. The doctor was honest and transparent about my daughter’s dogs condition and treatment options, and I really appreciated that. It’s clear that this clinic isn’t about money grabs – they genuinely care about the animals they treat. Thank you so much for all that you do!" Staff on Wednesday September 4, 2024 Night Shift extremely nice and comforting. Thank You!

I don't understand why this place only has a 3.3 rating. My cat got attacked by a dog. When we got there, they took us right back. It was a Sunday (Labor Day weekend) when we came in. Everything they were going to do, they talked over with us first. They took such good care of our baby. Once it was time to go get her the Dr. Went over everything. She showed us all the x-rays and gave us plenty of options. They were all so nice. The facility was super clean. I know most places should be like this, but they have fallen short with me. I have been to other emergency vets (unfortunately) where they treated us like we were beneath them. It's sad we had to use them at all, but they made things much better for us all. The reality is that animals get hurt, but you don't have to go through more termoil to make them better. I'm glad we went here.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED PET HERE! This post is about my lovely cat, Whitney, who would be dead if i trusted these vets, but instead, she is alive and playful. These people are only interested in killing time and killing animals. I brought my outdoor cat in after a severe decline in her health happened within an hour. I was worried she may have eaten poison. They said the MINIMAL diognostics needed to find out what's wrong with her would be $600. They pressured me to apply for a line of credit, which i was declined. I spent 30 minutes of my 1hr visit sitting in the room alone without my cat, knowing i was declined until someone came back to check to see if i could afford the diagnostic tests tests. (This isn't the price for treatment, just the tests). After they realized I couldn't afford it, they tried to pressure me into paying for my cat to be euthanized. I decided to take her home so she could be comfortable and pass peacefully l instead of passing scared at the unfamilar vet. The punch line? She's back to herself today, but with some breathing problems. I will be getting her further treatment. I can not believe that if i trusted these veterinarians my Whitney would be dead rn. Instead, my lovely angel Whitney is playing with her toys in my living room after eating.

Very bad experience. Called first to confirm they had the staff and time to see us in this urgent situation, then brought my yorkshire terrier in for emergency consultation. Waited for more than an hour to see a doctor. Ended up walking out because every other animal that walked in was more important than us. Drove my furbaby 3 hours south to see a vet. She died less than 12 hours later. The staff in this location did not have their priorities managed well. I do not feel they make the correct decision, choosing to see other animals when it was obvious my dog was in distress, bleeding from her nose, and I kept asking for assistance repeatedly.
