First time to this vet. I'd recommend it to everyone. All staff was nice, polite and friendly. They took the time to come up with 3 options for my daughter and her cat. Unfortunately it wasn't the results we wanted but we know that her cat isn't in pain anymore. I was able to send pictures to the vet early in the morning and they made a appointment for 2 hours later.

Truly amazing doctor and staff. Everyone was very caring and sympathetic towards what we were going through with our senior dog. The prices were better than competitors. The service and quality of service is uncomparable. I've been to over 15 vets in the past 10 years, so I surely know the comparison! The doctor actually sat and talked with us and he did not rush and he was paying attention throughout the entire conversation. You can tell that the Doctor and staff genuinely cared for not only our senior pet but for us, the pet parents, as well. Our visits are welcoming and our concerns were addressed. I really wish I would have come to this clinic a lot sooner. And when I get a new petl, this clinic is where I will call my pet care home.

They are all so nice and seem to really care about our pups. They always give us a follow up call to check in after a visit, or let us know if there's anything abnormal. We really trust Dr.wartenbee and the team with our 4 legged family. Thank you.

I am so impressed with this vet. I had never been to them before but found myself in a situation that one of my dogs needed to be since immediately and I was unable to go to our primary vet. I called them and after asking what was going on the immediately made a spot for us. When we arrived I was a mess to say the least and I was unable to get my injured girl out of my vehicle so the doctor and 2 or 3 assistants came out to my vehicle and did the exam right there. Not only was he able to calm me down a bit he went over his thoughts and suggested I might should go to the emergency clinic because what she needed they were better equipped for even though he could treat her but he gave me the option and took the time to explain it to me. I felt like this clinic was so accommodating and we had never even been there before. After the emergency visit they had had said that for the follow up we could go back to Volusia Woods for stitch removal and an exam so that’s what we did. Of course it didn’t end there due to the location of the injury and when I called them and told them the situation we were in now the girl on the phone asked if I could send photos of what was going on and she would have the doctor look at them. I couldn’t believe it what I have never had a doctor of any kind take the time let alone ask to be able to completely understand before bringing her back what was going on. Not fifteen min goes by the call me back and said to bring her right in and they would be able to do something. I was like wow they made that so simple and convenient. We all know how distraught you get when your animal gets injured and you don’t know what’s going on. They once again came out for her comfort and took care of her in my truck and when I commented how awesome it was that they did that the response was that it was for my dogs comfort. I have never been more grateful. I will now be taking all of my animals there and any. Ew ones that come my way.!!!

The office staff was very nice and helpful with my Gracie. The fit her right in for in emergency and helped her right away. I would go there again.
